Shyni 54 Posted April 14, 2016 Share Posted April 14, 2016 I do feel like this album will be more mature musically and conceptually with the bits woollim has fed us so far and while I think Sugar Sugar is WONDERFUL... the lyrics "sugar sugar you are so sweet" as the main hook is very in line with the playful feeling of their previous title tracks during their school girl era imo and for that reason might not be the best choice to use as the song to headline the new album? I actually feel like that song would've fit on lovelyz8 perfectly. I think that they are trying to show a more elegant side of lovelyz this comeback to get more people to open up to them so they won't be viewed as just young and fun cute girls. I do hope it is on this album though because it sounds like a great song and I don't see why Woollim would've teased us with it, only to never release it... It is just my opinion and it's perfectly cool for you to have your own opinion separate from mine. I was just simply stating how I personally feel on the issue. Woollim has actually teased quite a few things before without releasing them until this day. They even promised a dance practice for Infinite and never released as well as never releasing the dance version of 'For You' which was obviously filmed. That's why also I'd still like to be optimistic and hope, I'm not keeping my hopes up too high in case they never do. Comments like this deserve no recognition, because it's just blind hate. These people most likely feel Lovelyz to be some kind of a threat or they're just trolling. Whichever one it may be, the result is just them hating without proper criticism or reasoning, because all they really want to do is bring Lovelyz down and/or provoke the fandom. At the end of the day, Lovelyz is an idol group, and music, style, fashion and beauty, which all relate to the idol industry, are subjective things. So, no matter how much someone tries to convince you that Lovelyz is opposite to how you feel about them, it shouldn't matter. All that matters is that you, as a Lovelinus, love and support Lovelyz. It's probably why we didn't see any dancing in actual MV. There's proof that they did film a dance version in Okinawa. I'm pretty sure Woollim just didn't release it. Edit: Exactly. Well, Woollim usually doesn't usually release an album preview until releasing the first MV teaser. But it's odd that they haven't released a tracklist and made pre-orders available. MBC takes the secrecy on Masked Singer very seriously, so if Lovelyz and Twice are actually one of the contestants, then whoever's been sharing that info might get sued. I'm mostly just saying that a show like Masked Singer revealing any type of hint about the secret contestants before the show airs is a bit strange. Or is this the teaser to the official song that they're gonna be promoting as their title track? I'm confused... Well, if this comeback is indeed a trilogy for Lovelyz, I would assume this film is a prologue to the trilogy, so it would be related in some way. How does Woollim expect people to order the album if they don't release the tracklist. Of course many Lovelinus will order it regardless, but a tracklist may create further motivation for some people who were interested to buy it. First they released For You..a lovelyz song and Infinite album name at the same now Destiny... idk if I like all this Infinite & Lovelyz matching stuff Woollim keeps doing. I dont think K Inspirits will be happy about it... The title track translates to 'My earth'. So the Korean fans won't take it as the same as Infinite's song.
