They both strove to be a part of the music scene at a very young age. Hanbin switched to YG Entertainment from MC Mong’s agency. Junhoe caught YG’s eyes in Kpop Star and joined Hanbin as a member of Team B. They lost to Team A in WIN: Who Is Next and had to participate in another survival show named Mix & Match. Team B remained intact and with the addition of Chanwoo, they’re now iKON – the super rookie boy group who just swept the charts with their warm-up track My Type.
