Though I really ship Eunji with Ji Soo like so muchhhhhhhhhhh, it's going to be really said if Kim Yeol and Ji Soo fight over Eunji. All those years of friendship and brotherhood, i don't know T_T

I'm so conflicted right now T_T

The HaYeon parts in episode 5 are really cute omg i ship them now.

I can sense it will be a conflict between Hajoon and Yeol and they will both like Yeondoo.

EPISODE 6 WAS SOOOO GOOD AF

OMG I DONT HAVE ANY WORDS

THE BEST EPISODE YET.

And am i the only one finding a huge irony. Hakyeon is the best dancer in this drama but he is not a dancer. :derp:

The YeolDoo ship is sailing the right way! YeonJae ship is sailing to "theyre just friends" island. New HaYeon ship with a new engine is sailing fast. SooJae ship's passengers are protesting for it to come back. SooJun ship is sailing at a moderate speed. JungTae couple is sailing great as ever.

Aside that I feel Hajun and Yeol will fight for Yeondoo..

With this banana milk thing..

I can literally visualize a scene where Dongjae sees Yeondoo. He goes to her and tries to give her Strawberry Milk but Yeol comes faster and gives Yeondoo the Banana Milk.. :omg:

I just hope the writers won't f*uck it up like what they did with School 2015.

Eventhough Yeondoo's character is so shippable with the other characters, my heart only goes for Eyesmile Couple.

Don't make the same mistake KBS.

Well, KBS did not actually go the wrong way in School 2015

They intended the Sohyun - Joohyuk couple in the first place.

the last scene made me want to ship yeondoo and hajoon lol

who's the actress who plays sooah? i swear she's so good (and not to mention, pretty:").she portrayed her role really well.

Her name is Chae Soobin. She is not that popular of an actress but she is really great and amazing! In a better role, a lead one where she aint a villain, she is so lovely and beautiful ♥

SLY Recap (Episode 7)
Via Dramabeans

The kids put on their first cheerleading performance, with Teacher Yang in the audience, trying to stay on the down-low. They put on an impressive show, finishing with signs that they flip over to reveal their true message: “We Lied.†“Teacher Yang didn’t do anything to me.†The signs ask to have Teacher Yang reinstated, and the kids lead the audience to a supportive chant while Teacher Yang’s eyes fill with tears.

Principal Choi is worried the Ministry officials will be angry, but the man who appears to be in charge simply laughs, saying that Sevit students are pretty sassy. I’ll say.

The kids celebrate afterwards, excited about all the attention their performance drew. Even bespectacled Tae-pyung is all tingly, but their teachers are back to business — they made some mistakes, and they need a lot of practice.

Teacher Yang turns serious, worried that the kids will get in trouble for what they did to support him, and gets choked up again. But Teacher Nam calls it a true cheerleading performance, since they were cheering someone on. Na-yeon and Jae-young both apologize to Teacher Yang, and he easily forgives them.

The kids all look at Soo-ah next — doesn’t she have something to say? But nope, she doesn’t, which is as expected. She even starts a new fight with Yeon-doo, saying that she seems awfully happy, and wondering if she’ll be able to stay that way. Gah, can’t you just let people be happy for five minutes?

Principal Choi comes to chastise Teacher Yang for being here (since he’s still officially fired) and while she’s there, she calls out Yeon-doo, Na-yeon, and Jae-young to her office. Yeon-doo whispers to the girls to blame the whole thing on her. The kids are worried about Yeon-doo being expelled, and interestingly, it’s Ha-joon who chases down the principal and, after giving Yeon-doo a pointed look, admits he was also in on the stunt.

And then Yeol joins him. He says he was also part of the plan, because what happened to Teacher Yang was unfair. Then comes the rest of the team, all ready to take the blame so that Yeon-doo doesn’t shoulder the entire punishment (except Tae-pyung, who tries to claim innocence and gets muffled by Da-mi, hee). I’m not tearing up — there’s just something in my eye.

No fool, and not prepared to expel the top five percent of her school, Principal Choi backs down. Back in her office she recalls the man from the Ministry’s comment that at school, lots of things happen that are out of your control. Being fair in those circumstances is part of being a principal. He’s also said that they would be doing a new investigation into Teacher Yang.

In his dorm, Ha-joon still has the ointment and bandage that Yeon-doo gave him for the injuries his father inflicted, and he smiles at them. Yeol comes in, all grins, and asks what he’ll do if Principal Choi calls his father. Why did he stand up for Yeon-doo? “Just because.†He admits that seeing Yeon-doo makes him feel ashamed not to stand up, as well.

The girls are questioned again about their accusations towards Teacher Yang, admitting now that they lied about any inappropriate touching. Well, Na-yeon and Jae-young admit it, but Soo-ah only comments that she has nothing more to say. Teacher Yang is exonerated, and Principal Choi reluctantly gives him his job back… though she does remind him his contract is almost up, and warns him to stay quiet.

But Yang thinks it’s interesting, how he used to feel small when he thought about wanting to renew his contract. But now that he knows it’s all over in two months, he’s feeling pretty courageous. He warns her in turn, not to even think about transferring Yeon-doo — he won’t make it easy. HA, I love him.

He leaves the principal’s office to find Yeon-doo, Yeol, and Ha-joon there to congratulate him. They invite him to a little picnic of delivery jjajangmyun, willing to risk demerits for ordering food in order to surprise him.

He yells at them for breaking the rules, then tucks into the food, commenting that he picked pretty good disciples. Yeol adorably steals all of Yeon-doo’s radishes, causing Teacher Yang to complain about their flirting, which Yeon-doo hotly denies. It doesn’t escape me that Ha-joon looks a little jealous over there, though it’s unclear just what he’s jealous of.

Later, Yeon-doo and Dong-jae study for midterms, shaking their heads as the highly-ranked students freak out and sabotage each other (since midterms affect rankings). Yeol generously offers his notes to help Yeon-doo study, for a price of course — she has to treat him to food several times. Why don’t you just ask her on a date, silly boy?

Instead he offers to tutor her, and they study together late into the night in the laundry room. HA, Yeon-doo literally falls asleep while Yeol is talking, and claims that it takes skill to come in 196th place.

Yeol asks why she came to this school if it’s so hard, and Yeon-doo sighs that her mom wanted it for her. Sometimes she thinks she should leave, because she’s not doing very well considering the expensive tuition, and she worries she won’t get into college. Yeol promises to get her a few notches up in ranking.

He notices a little cat charm on her phone, which she says is her lucky charm. Without it, she feels like she’ll do even worse, and possibly lose ranking points.

They try to hide when someone walks in, but it’s just Jae-young looking for a place to study, since Soo-ah appropriated their suite’s bathroom. She wonders if Yeol and Yeon-doo are having a secret tryst, but Yeol says it’s more like charity on his part. And you wonder why the girl doesn’t know you like her?

The next day the Baek Ho and Real King kids all study together in their room, even helping each other and grinning when Tae-pyung and Hyo-shik bicker amiably. Yeol points out how well they’re all getting along, and the Baek Ho girls ask the Real King kids’ rankings. But there’s no derision at hearing the low rankings, and everyone seems to really enjoy each other’s company.

Except Soo-ah, of course, who gripes at the noise. She storms from the room just as her nose begins to gush blood, and Teacher Yang sees and stops to help. He sweetly asks her to care for her health, but she turns on him, barking that she doesn’t feel at all apologetic towards him. She got demerits and is an outcast now, of course blaming him and not her own actions.

But Teacher Yang sees right through her, and tells her so. He offers to talk any time she needs it, and looks frustrated when she declines.

Yeon-doo gets the yawns during another tutoring session, nodding off while he watches, and he uses his notebook to shield her face from the sun. He leaves her to her nap, crinkling to himself, and we see that he used all their books to set up a fortress around her. He also left a note stuck to her forehead, asking her out to a movie after midterms. Every time I think he can’t get any cuter…

In class later, Yeol watches nervously for any indication that Yeon-doo wants to go out. He texts her, then motions her to check her phone, but Teacher Yang is pacing right next to her desk. She finally sees the text asking why she hasn’t answered his question, but immediately gets her phone confiscated until after midterms. She’s mostly worried about her cat charm and chases Teacher Yang out of the room, leaving Yeol hanging.

Yeol follows her out and watches her whine about her cat charm, blaming him for getting her phone snatched. She refuses to answer his question, and only snaps that it will be his fault if she loses a rank.

Figuring he needs to get her phone back if he wants that date, Yeol plans to sneak into the teachers’ lounge at lunch. At the last second, he stops himself, wondering why he’s thinking of doing something this crazy… then he remembers Yeon-doo worrying about taking the midterms without her charm, and in he goes.

He quickly finds the phone, but has to scramble to hide when another teacher comes in, but he’s instantly caught. He quickly palms the charm and puts the phone back, and leaves victorious.

He finds Yeon-doo in the cafeteria, but he’s interrupted by Hyo-shik, who comments on how often these two are together lately. Hyo-shik pulls out his phone and pretends to hold an interview, asking about the truth of their relationship, but gets chased off by Yeon-doo. Yeol though, calls out for him to come find him later and he’ll tell the truth.

Even Teacher Im notices how hard Yeon-doo is studying lately, though she groans at her low grade on the most recent essay test. Yeol made the highest grade, again, which upsets Soo-ah as she’s been told in no uncertain terms to make sure she’s Number One this time.

She corners Teacher Im to ask why she got a lower grade than Yeol, arguing that originality is subjective. She demands to see Yeol’s essay, and when Im’s knocked to the ground by a couple of Real King students and chases them, leaving his belongings scattered, Soo-ah snatches up his USB (which is, hilariously, a teddy bear).

Teacher Im goes nuts later looking for it, and the lady teacher who caught Yeol in the office wonders if he took it. Teacher Yang entreats Im to wait and look a bit more before accusing Yeol, but Im is too angry to listen.

Meanwhile Soo-ah plugs the USB into her laptop, startled to see the English midterm, and she quickly downloads it and throws away the USB. She overhears the teachers discussing Yeol having possibly stole the USB and goes back for it, as she remembers her mother and tutor hammering home what a threat Yeol is to her academic status.

She gos to the study room, and slips the USB into Yeol’s bag while nobody is looking. Okay, now I’m officially done with you.

So when Teacher Im barges in to accuse Yeol of stealing, the USB is found in his bag, though Yeol claims to have never seen it before. The kids are all shocked to think Yeol may have stolen the midterm exam, but poor Yeol insists he’s innocent.

Teacher Im starts an investigation, calling Yeol’s father to the school. Yeon-doo hears about this after the fact, and sees Yeol becoming an instant pariah with the other students, who now assume he’s only ranked first because he’s been cheating. Even the Baek Ho and Real King kids believe it, all except for Ha-joon and Yeon-doo.

Yeon-doo admonishes them for badmouthing Yeol when he’s not here, accusing them of being happy because their rankings could go up. She cries that they should know Yeol by now, that he’s not someone who steals. Can’t they, of all people, trust him?

The investigation begins, and Yeol’s father asks for proof that he stole the USB. Unfortunately, he’s the only person seen on the CCTV entering the office, and the USB was found in his bag in front of witnesses — it’s pretty damning. The principal suggests a twenty-day suspension, but his dad asks for thirty days’ community service instead, and a chance to take make-up exams later. Not to mention, a hefty donation to the school.

At that, Yeol scoffs, and complains bitterly that they never even asked him any questions. He didn’t get a chance to defend himself before they declared him guilty.

As Yeol leaves school for his punishment, Ha-joon is the only student who walks out with him. But Yeon-doo runs out to catch him, and as his dad watches, she apologizes — she knows what happened, and that this is her fault for having her phone confiscated and causing him to be in the office at the wrong time. Yeol only gives her the cat charm, and wishes her luck on her midterms.

At home, Yeol goes straight to his room, and Dad follows him to say that his was the best he could do in this situation sp as not to ruin Yeol’s future. But to Yeol, that’s the problem — his father always does everything so damned logically.

He doesn’t come out of his room until after dark, where he sees the specter of his young self sitting alone in the dark as his parents scream at each other in the next room. His father accuses his mother of cheating and strikes her, which little Yeol hears clearly.

His mother had left with nothing but the clothes on her back, leaving Yeol alone for two days to fend for himself. It was then that he decided never to trust anyone.

A couple of days later Yeol’s dad has lunch with Yeon-doo’s mom, who’s shocked to hear that he still hasn’t even shared a meal with his son since he’s been home. Dad says that Yeol doesn’t want to eat with him, and Yeon-doo’s mom cuts right to the heart of it — Dad didn’t make it known that he wanted to spend time together, either.

She bluntly tells him that he’s doing this all wrong, by not letting Yeol know that he believes he’s innocent. Yeah, that would be an important detail, Dad. No wonder Yeol is hurt.

Yeon-doo has trouble concentrating on her exams, staring instead at Yeol’s empty seat and writing his name on her paper. After, she wonders why he hasn’t contacted her to let her know how he’s doing.

Yeol spends his days doing his community service at a retirement center, and one day he hears chanting in the courtyard and looks up to see Yeon-doo, entertaining the seniors. Aww, he’s so adorably thrilled to see her.

She admits to him that she didn’t do well on her exams since she lost her tutor, complaining that he wasn’t smart enough to get himself out of this tangle. But his confidence is shaken now that everyone believes he’s only first place because he cheated, so Yeon-doo says that she’ll believe him, no matter what place he holds. Ha, I think she just made Yeol swoon a little.

Back at school that night, Yeon-doo sneaks into the security office to look for the CCTV footage of Yeol in the office, and runs smack into Ha-joon. He yell-whispers at her for doing such a dumb thing, even though he’s here doing that exact same thing, having downloaded the important video.

The clutch each other in fear when a couple of guards hear them and discuss getting the key to check the room. Yeon-doo offers to go out first — as the known troublemaker, she can afford to get caught. But Ha-joon grabs her to stop her, and they tussle long enough that the guards come back.

The hide in a closet and laugh, relieved, when the guards leave. Yeon-doo is ready to go to bed, but Ha-joon nervously calls out to her, asking her to stay and look through the video with him. They stay up late trying to find the video of Yeol entering the office, until Yeon-doo starts to fall asleep.

Ha-joon tries to gently take her pen before she drops it and wakes herself, but she rouses anyway when he touches her hand. Ha, he just puts the pen back, looking awkward and so cute.

Yeon-doo surprises Ha-joon with jajjangmyun, giggling at his surprise and joking that this is why she doesn’t hang out with model students. HAHA, her secret is that she has it delivered to her dorm window. She loves jajjangmyun because her mom won’t let her have it, and Ha-joon admits that he and Yeol ate it a lot as kids because their parents worked a lot.

There’s a little beat of awareness when they both go for the same pickled radish, and Ha-joon remembers Yeol stealing Yeon-doo’s radishes when they ate with Teacher Yang. He lets her have it, and when he reaches for the next one, she grabs that one too. And the next, hee.

The rankings are published, and because of Yeol not having sat midterms, Soo-ah is in first place. Her mother finally tells her she did well, and takes her out for a nice lunch and gives her a new handbag. That night Jae-young and Na-yeon notice the bag and comment on how deep her mother’s pockets must be.

They tell her to enjoy it until Yeol gets back and regains his first place rank, which is news to Soo-ah. They tell her that Yeon-doo is checking the CCTV looking to exonerate Yeol, so Soo-ah runs to the spot where she swiped Teacher Im’s USB. Sure enough, there was a camera pointed right at her. Heading back to her room, she finds Yeon-doo talking about the situation on the phone with Ha-joon, but there’s nothing Soo-ah can say.

Yeon-doo gets a text from Hyo-shik with a video attached, which turns out to be the video that he took asking what their relationship is. But as she watches, she suddenly perks up and whispers, “I found it. The evidence that will clear Yeol’s name!â€

At that, Soo-ah turns to stare at Yeon-doo in shock.

SLY Reactions (Episode 7)

Gosh. I cant with Sooah anymore. She makes us grow sympathy but then she ruins it by her bitchiness. I HATE YOU GURL. But I cant help it but sympathize with you at times.

The beginning got me so happy. But not that much since it's already shown in episode 6, but teacher Yang crying is so tear enducing.

Will keep this short for the SLY Reactions!

SLY Recap (Episode 8)
Via Dramabeans

Soo-ah runs up to the third floor corridor. Looking up at the security camera, she’s haunted by the thought of Yeon-doo discovering she’s the culprit. Returning to the dorm, she stares at Yeon-doo a long moment, before retreating to her own corner.

Yeon-doo gets a message from Hyo-shik — it’s the video he took of her with Yeol. She snorts at the hilarious accompanying message (“For Kang Yeon-doo, drowning in loneliness since her mister left…â€) and chuckles at the video. But she notices something else, and exclaims she’s found the evidence to clear Yeol. Soo-ah turns in anxiety.

Yeon-doo and Ha-joon run to meet each other in excitement. She shows him the video, and we clearly see Teacher Im in the background, bear-USB on the counter. Putting it away, he leaves first. But Yeol was seen in the staffroom at 12, and the video is timestamped 12.58. “Therefore, Kim Yeol did not steal the USB at 12 pm from the staffroom,†Yeon-doo concludes, snapping her fingers. She holds out her hand for a low five, and giggles when Ha-joon bashfully obliges.

She stops him from calling Yeol right away — good news is best delivered in person. They’ll do it tonight, she says.

She sneaks out after everyone’s asleep, but a teacher’s up working in the lounge. Ha-joon is about to walk into the situation unawares, so she makes a run for him. In their haste, he trips. The teacher finishes up, and the pair hide, waiting for him to leave. Yeon-doo quietly fusses over Ha-joon’s scrape, when the teacher looms over them. Haha, oops.

Yeol lies in bed at home, reading. He laughs quietly at the photo Yeon-doo sent of her and Ha-joon getting punished for their attempted jailbreak, and even feels a little jealous of their punishment.

The pair are forced to duck-walk under the teacher’s watchful eye. Clutching her earlobes, Yeon-doo apologizes to Ha-joon for getting him punished, but he just smiles quietly to himself, totally glad to be there. He steadies her the moment she whimpers in pain. So so cute.

Back in his dorm, he grins over their punishment photo. Noticing the scrape he got before, he applies the ointment Yeon-doo gave him last time. Just everything is making him smile right now, aw.

Yeon-doo hides out in the laundry room and chats with Yeol on the phone, both of them grinning like loons. Or best friends. Yeon-doo tells him how glad she is that they can exonerate him, but Yeol says they still have to prove he didn’t do it after 12.58. But he reassures her that Meitantei Yeol is on the case, and she ribs him about his big head.

“Thank you. For believing me,†he says. Not as first-place Kim Yeol, but as simply himself. It’s the hardest thing in the world to put your trust in someone wholly, he tells her, “So it was a little less hard for me, because I had someone who believed in me.â€

He’s back at school the next day, and Yeon-doo and Ha-joon see him to the Principal’s office. Inside, Teachers Im and Yang are also present, along with Instructor Nam, as Principal Choi reviews the evidence.

Teacher Im churlishly asserts Yeol could have stolen the USB after the video. Unperturbed, Yeol asks when he first discovered it was missing. Around 1.55, Im replies. In proper Yeol-style, he systematically lays out the timeline, grilling Teacher Im on his movements.

Im had it at 12.58, and it took him two minutes to come to class, where his bag was in the teacher’s desk until 1.50, when class ended. Yeol points out that it’s not possible for him to have stolen it with the whole class looking on, but Im argues that he could have taken it after. Nope, says Yeol. Im left as soon as class was up, and Yeol went straight to the club room with the cheerleading kids. Instructor Nam confirms his alibi.

Choi wants to know how it came to be in his bag. Yeol leans over and slips his watch into Teacher Im’s pocket, and asks if that’s the same as him stealing it. Understanding fills Teacher Yang’s face. Yeol asks if he can now return to school.

Yeon-doo frets with Ha-joon about the meeting, and he finds it strange how she’s so worried about someone else’s problems. She scoffs that he always says the opposite of what he means — she knows he’s a marshmallow inside. He protests, and she says that right there is it — he gets angry because he doesn’t know his own heart. She tells him to get along with it better, tapping him lightly on the chest.

Students buzz as Yeol, vindicated, walks down the corridors. In the classroom, the kids fawn over him, professing worry. Worry about what, Yeol asks innocently — their rank dropping? Yeol’s tone is light but his words are damning. They whine that he won’t be lending out his notes anymore, and grinning, Yeol tells them his grudges are no joke.

Principal Choi worries about the same thing to Teacher Im — she’s sure Yeol is going to hit back at them. If they don’t keep him in his place, he’ll hold it over them until he graduates.

Teacher Yang addresses the class. He confirms Yeol’s innocence, and the school’s resolve to now find the true culprit. But, he tells them, when they go down the wrong path, all they have to do is come back. His words make Soo-ah look up, caught between hope and fear. For whoever holds out their hand, Yang promises to take it and bring them back, “So I hope you gather the courage, no matter what.â€

On the rooftop, Yeol, Ha-joon and Yeon-doo celebrate with coke toasts. About to pop his open, he takes a sly look at Yeon-doo and starts vigorously shaking his can. Seeing that makes her remember her trick way back (that ended with their not-kiss in episode 1), and she runs away, hiding behind Ha-joon. Yeol demands his revenge, calling Ha-joon a traitor. He tells him to choose — him or Yeon-doo? Him, of course, says Ha-joon…but Yeon-doo is crazy strong, he laughs, still shielding her.

Soo-ah listens in consternation as the team asks Yeol about taking a makeup test for the missed midterm. She calls Director Lee, who meets her mom. Mom is dismayed that Soo-ah’s new rank could be threatened, but Lee says a makeup test is unlikely since the results are already out and other parents wouldn’t stand for it.

Principal Choi tells Yeol that he won’t get a resit, but the midterm marks will be omitted from his final grade. Yeol rejects this as unfair — the fact that he didn’t take the midterm was the school’s fault. The only answer is a resit, he says. No resit, no matter what, Choi returns.

Yeol’s dad marches into the school, flanked on each side by lawyers. Choi is stumped by the threat of legal action and stammers excuses, which Dad agrees with easily. Heartened, Choi says that Yeol is sure to earn his rank back even without midterms.

Dad says the grades are not the issue now; he wants the school to rectify the wrong against his son — with a makeup test. She still demurs. His counsel take over, and explain that they will do two things: seek compensation for his unfair suspension, and sue for defamation. She listens, dumbstruck.

Dad faces Yeol, and tells him that he’ll pursue the case to the end, if Yeol wants it. Laconic, Yeol notes that he’s singing a different tune now, and turns on his heel. But he pauses when Dad calls out an apology. “I should have said this first: ‘I believe you.'â€

Yeol almost looks back, but then swallows and goes on his way.

Dad meets Yeon-doo’s mom, and says that saying sorry to Yeol was scarier than meeting the president. She pats him reassuringly, and says that just three things — I’m sorry, thank you, I love you — are enough for a kid to grow on. But she agrees that raising a kid is tough. He nudges her about his proposal, and vows to be a good dad to her daughter. She promises to give more thought to it.

Hyo-shik carries the news of the lawyers’ visit to the clubroom, where Soo-ah hears of it. Phones are ringing off the hook in the staffroom as angry parents call up, and in her office, Choi has a meltdown. She yells at Teacher Im to take responsibility and stop Yeol.

Soo-ah studies alone in the clubroom when Yeol joins her. Offhand, he asks her how she’s finding being number one. Just as offhand, she replies that it’s been noisy lately, with all the fuss over his resit or whatever. With a shrewd smile, he asks if the prospect worries her.

Yeon-doo comes to collect him, and Soo-ah is reminded of her combing the CCTV footage. She goes to the security office and finds out that the hall cameras are managed by an external company. A little later, Director Lee hurries in and tells Soo-ah that the video’s been deleted. However, another student, who can’t be revealed, already took a copy. The suggestion of involving her mom panics Soo-ah and she begs Lee to keep it secret.

Yeon-doo commends Yeol on his revenge, and laughs when he extols his own flawless amazing head-to-toe perfection. It’s washed out her crappy feelings about the school, too, she says. He practically purrs when she pats him on the head, ha, but tells her it’s not over until it’s over.

Teacher Im patrols the corridors and thrusts his chin out fiercely at the sight of Yeol. Yeol tells him that he’ll be submitting a formal complaint about him, and turns away with a Cheshire-cat smile. Im clutches at him and cajoles him not to misunderstand.

Yeol treats the club to fried chicken, although the boys wonder if it’s okay. Teacher Im bursts in, and Yeol casually leans back to show himself, causing the teacher’s immediate retreat. A quick flashback shows Yeol saying that their misunderstanding could be resolved if Im refrained from giving his friends unfair penalty points.

Yeol asks Principal Choi for a favor, to renew Teacher Yang’s contract. If she grants it, he’ll stop demanding a resit exam, and drop the lawsuit. She’s surprised he’s taking an interest in anyone other than Ha-joon, but Yeol counters that Yang is not just anyone — he’s their homeroom teacher, and a good person. She agrees to think about it.

Soo-ah opens her locker in the clubroom, and is met by a flash drive and note, labelling it the thing she’s looking for. I can’t get enough of how perfect their clothes-slogans are: “UGH AS IF,†reads Soo-ah’s jumper.

It’s the incriminating video. She snaps her laptop shut as Jae-young and Na-yeon enter. Losing it, she screams at them, demanding to know who was just in here.

In her hideout area, she tries to destroy it. Dong-jae appears and she screams at him, too, for always seeing her at her worst. Ever unflappable, he advises her to just tell everything, if it’s so bad. She stares at him. A moment later, she asks if he’s been in the clubroom today. In fact, he was, he tells her.

Meanwhile, Director Lee tells Soo-ah’s mom that they successfully blocked Yeol’s resit. Now they brainstorm on how to appease the kids about Soo-ah, after all the sexual harassment fiasco. They still need to compete together at the cheerleading competition, after all.

Instructor Nam and Teacher Yang both shake their heads at the kids’ performance in practice, particularly Dong-jae’s solo. Since midterms are over, Nam suggests to Teacher Yang that they all go camping and get in lots of practice.

To their shock, Principal Choi agrees right away, and Teacher Yang even questions whether she has some ulterior motive. They’re further shocked when they hear Soo-ah’s mom will cover all the expenses. Teacher Im is pretty proud of himself when he figures it out — this must be how Soo-ah’s mom wants to absolve herself of their part in Yang’s false accusation. Choi glares.

As team captain, Yeon-doo prepares to leave early on the morning of the trip. Dong-jae surprises her by showing up, and she realizes she hasn’t been spending much time with him lately. She pouts in apology, and he pouts back. Laughing now, he hands over a strawberry milk. She sighs happily that the strawberry milk he gives her is the best. They set off with Teacher Yang.

The rest of the kids hop about in excitement, which is dampened when Teacher Im joins their party. He immediately starts picking on them for makeup and dyed hair, until Yeol intervenes. He heels and everyone’s moods perk up again. Yeol is adorably put out to find that Yeon-doo’s gone ahead — with Strawberry Milk, at that. It’s even funnier that Ha-joon isn’t bothered at all.

Finally, everyone collects at the campsite. Their trip’s concept is to go analogue and enjoy nature, Teacher Yang announces, and he takes away their phones to a chorus of whines. He sends them off to find refreshing activities.

The majority of the group gather together for snacks. They speculate on who might have framed Yeol, although Jae-young points out that everybody‘s standing improves with Yeol gone. Soo-ah sits apart, watching. Remembering Hyo-shik sent the video to Yeon-doo, she begins to suspect him. Her attention then shifts to Dong-jae, and then to Yeol. Wow, she’s driving herself crazy with suspicion. Returning to her tent, she brushes past Yeon-doo on her way out.

Soo-ah opens her bag to another pink note: “Deadline!!†it reads. She has until tonight’s campfire to confess. Now she suspects Yeon-doo, too, and goes out to look for her.

Since she’s been abandoned by the mischievous young ‘uns, Yeol helps Yeon-doo organize. He grins that she’s a pro at this captain thing, and she agrees — she’s like her dad that way. He notes it’s the first time she’s mentioned him, and she says she doesn’t do it too often, but it’s nice to sometimes. She says his dad was cool, though.

Yeol admits he hardly ever sees him — neither parent was really ever around. Yeon-doo smiles warmly, and praises him for growing up so well nevertheless. He ducks her head-pat, all laughs again.

Hyo-shik is back to catch them at dallying, and Yeol gives him a friendly telling-off. Teacher Yang finds the three of them slacking and sends the boys off to fetch firewood.

He sends Yeon-doo to get more drinks, but she’ll have to hurry since the local shop closes early. Soo-ah rounds a corner in time to hear him advise her to take someone to help with the lifting. Just as she’s about to leave with the groundskeeper, who’s giving her a lift, Soo-ah invites herself along, saying she needs something. Yeon-doo scowls to herself.

She finishes her shop while Soo-ah watches, arms crossed. She brings up Yeon-doo’s CCTV trawl, but she’s shocked by the sight of a pad of pink sticky notes in Yeon-doo’s bag — the same paper as the notes she’s been getting. Soo-ah fixes her with a hard look.

The girls head back to the car, but Yeon-doo needs to make a trip to the bathroom. She asks Soo-ah to carry the stuff to the car, but takes it back when she remembers who she’s asking. But Soo-ah surprises her by complying, and even offers to take her bag. This can’t end well.

Soo-ah hurries into the car and tells the ajusshi that Yeon-doo’s waiting for another teacher, so they should go on ahead. By the time Yeon-doo comes back, there’s no sign of them. By now, the shop’s closed, too, and she remembers her phone is with Teacher Yang.

Yeol searches the campsite for Yeon-doo and hears from Da-mi that she went on an errand. The girls clock Soo-ah’s arrival, and she tells them she was taking a walk alone. She steals a glance at Yeol and escapes.

Ha-joon roams the camp looking for Yeon-doo, too. Dong-jae is able to tell him that she went with the groundskeeper on an errand.

Back in her tent, Soo-ah opens her bag to find a new note. This one says that running away doesn’t solve anything, and she has half an hour left. She realizes with alarm that the note-leaver can’t have been Yeon-doo.

The party enjoy the barbecue, but Yeol and Ha-joon jog up to tell Teacher Yang that Yeon-doo is still missing (but why weren’t you worried before, Saem?!). Yang leaves Teacher Im in charge, and dashes off with the boys.

Yeon-doo walks alone down an empty road in the dark, looking scared. She trips, grazing her knee, and slumps on the ground, close to tears.

Teacher Yang and the boys find the groundskeeper’s office locked. Ha-joon rides off on a bike he finds, to scour the area for her.

Since there’s no cell signal, Yeol and Teacher Yang break into the office to use the phone. Yeal reaches the groundskeeper and whatever he hears sends him charging back while Yang follows.

Yeol catches sight of Soo-ah, who seems to be stumbling around in shock. In quiet rage, he asks her where Yeon-doo is. Her ignorant act raises his ire and shaking her, he roars at her to tell him.

Ha-joon pedals furiously along the empty road. Suddenly, he leaps off and hits the ground running — he’s found her.

Tearstained and bleeding, she breaks down at the sight of him. She hobbles into his arms, crying, and he wraps her up in a hug.

SLY Reactions (Episode 8)

4 episodes to go? :(
I like to applaud Yeol for being that damn smart lmao. I felt sad for Sooah tho. Her throne easily got removed. But bitch it's yo' fault! The notes and the blackmailer is such a geniuz though. Who is it?

SLY Thoughts (Episode 7 & 8)

First and foremost, i would like to complain how HA MOTHAFCKIN DONGJAE LITERALLY HAD NO SCREENTIME. He is part of the main cast KBS. Even Hajoon who isnt more major than him got more screentime. KBS better get their acts straight! -.-

Now, this edition will not focus on only one topic but the drama in general.

#1 The Loveline
I know people knows that im a diehard YeonJae / HakJi shipper. Let me remind you that im not totally giving up on them. :( Still shipping them in real life tho. But this moment, YEONJOON FTW!!! Seriously, they had that spark YeolDoo never had. Not to mention Ji Soo is more good looking than Wongeun. And since the parents have their own flirting, wont it cause a hindrance to the children? I think it gives more way for YeonJoon to prevail.

Yeol seems to be confessing to Yeondoo already. And since i am quite sure Hajoon already likes Yeondoo. The conflict will be between the brothers liking the same person. Now that is to watch out for.

Im totally shipping the parents tho.

About Sooah now. Havent we forgotten that before YeonJoon were SooJun first? The sea scene really got me tbh. But now looking, Dongjae can be a couple to Sooah too. He always witness Sooah's hardships and tries to say words that can comfort her. What now? SooJun? YeonJun? SooJae? YeonJae? Or YeolDoo?

#2 Real King & Baekho & Ha Dongjae
I really love how they grew to be so close with each other already. Remember the times both clubs were quarelling? Now they are all cutesy, sell except for Sooah. See how Dami is always with Nayeon and Jaeyoung? Isnt that cute? And how Baekho kids help Real King kids in their exams? :chu: they grown to be so close now.

#3 HA DONGJAE
KBS better not screw Dongjae's character. We are yet to know about his background! His character is the most interesting out of everyone. Im happy to see the progress in him. How he wants to come over his disability and how he practices the stunts. And not to mention my bby N's acting. He is so great in portraying Ha Dongjae!

#4 The "student"
So now the mystery is, who really is that student?

Not Yeondoo for sure. And not from the Real King since they arent that smart to think of that. Not the one with the eyeglasses in Baekho either, he is too irrelevant. Teacher Nam is not yet there.

Which only leaves us Nayeon & Jaeyoung, Yeol, Hajun, Teacher Yang and Dongjae.

Since the message (the one after Sooah lost Yeondoo) hinted sth about knowing what she have done, its not Hajun or Yeol, considering their reaction. And not Teacher Yang aswell, since it is a "studen" and i doubt he will do it to a student.

Which leaves us Jaeyoung & Nayeon who wants to straighten up Sooah or Ha Dongjae who wants to take revenge for Yeondoo or straighten up Sooah too.

This is so mysterious but thrilling!
I love this drama. As in so much. Props to the cast. Everyone is great in acting tbh. Giving it 10/10.
