Wish he could too but they are getting shipped to Japan in October and then who knows what.

He's still sort of in trainee status though considering ikon hasn't officially debuted yet. How has been able to make money to do that. I was wondering the trainees get paid when they participate in concerts and events? Also did he get money from smtm?

he got the prize money from winning SMTM. he probably also got some royalties for featuring/writing songs during the past year with other artists

1. YG has no trainee fees

2. He won SMTM and YG let him keep the entire prize (100 million won)

3. He is already getting paid and getting royalties
