YG - The dungeon. The inability to allow their artists to work with none-YG artists (not including IC). Failure to maximize their potential in both music and other avenues. Time management. JYP. Marketing. Failure to allow artists to be who they are and insistence on giving them the JYP sound instead of finding what's innate to them and growing it. SM: bad management regarding their artists' individual careers/development. They focus too much on the group and quite often keep their artists from growing/developing individually, don't give them freedom etc. YG: bad management regarding any artist that isn't Bigbang (or iKON now). Too much dungeon time and lack of mediaplay for acts that aren't YG's favorite. Basically his blatant favoritism. JYP: bad promotions.
