The temperature is already,reached over 35 degrees.Sweltering heat, sweltering heat. A secret tip in this situation? "Seoul Station?" Can’t beat the heat with fan. For air conditioner, we worry about progressive tax. Therefore we should go for ‘Seoul Station’. This is Lee Joon’s vacation as well. Lee Joon who is an actor now appeared at Mega Box, Dongdaemun on August 21. He attended GV (Guest Visit) of movie ‘Seoul Station’. Lee Joon is charge of voice acting at ‘Seoul Station’. The voice of main character ‘Ki-woong’. He appeared as a boyfriend of ‘Hye-sun’ (a role played by Shim Eun‑kyung). ‘Seoul Station’ is a horrifying zombie animation. It is a prequel of movie ‘Train To Busan’. It covers the story about the first zombie got on the train to Busan, ‘Hye-sun’. 'Dispatch’ followed Lee Joon’s 2nd dubbing challenge. It is the second challenge for him after 5 years that he recorded animation ‘Gnomeo & Juliet’ in 2011. The conversation Lee Joon shared with the audiences will be revealed from ‘STARCAST’. ì›ë³¸ë³´ê¸° Lee Joon looked bit nervous. His smile even looked awkward as he is meeting the audiences for the first time with new movie. Therefore I asked light question first. "The director’s direction? ‘Don’t prepare anything’. He told me to be relaxed. So I could enjoy recording. The acting was so fun." At the very best time, a gift arrived. It was a lunch packaged sincerely. A flower on the side as well. He said it was a lunch prepared from the fans. Lee Joon seemed happy.His face became brighter. "A lunch box is love." "Lettuce is power." "Wanna eat together?" All of a sudden, he took his phone out. "I’m enjoying social media in these days. I made my Instagram accound. I uploaded photos at first, but I’m getting talkative. Haha. It is really fun to read fans’ real-time comments." "Serious" "Awkward smile" Lee Joon was ordinary ‘selfie-dumb’. He says it looks awkward if he takes by himself. Therefore he found a tip which is taking photo like someone else took it. It seemed indifferent and somehow looking good. "A photo looks like someone took it for him." “I am the chic man in the city†"Taking selfie is difficult!" Now it’s time to meet the audiences. Lee Joon went up on the stage with thrilling heart. Is there anything that you kept in your mind for voice acting? "Ki-woong was incompleted character when I was dubbing. I saw the sketch only but he was so pathetic. I tried to be cunning as much as I can. Thanks for viewing it favorably. Haha." Q. I heard it was prescoring unlike other animations. It is a technique that is not common in Korea, wasn’t it awkward? "We recorded one by one to suit each one’s schedule. I was the first one, and I think I did it freely. There was no predetermined rule or setting. I did a lot of improvisations. I guess the people who did after me must suffered hard because of me." Q. Specifically, what was your improvisation? "There is a scene that Ki-woong talking about ‘carp tattoo’. In fact, there was no tattoo on the script. While I was recording, I inserted it instantly (under director’s permission). Ad lib of saying ‘Han Kook Kwan’ was my idea (proud).†Lee Joon was an actor. He never took a break while talking about the movie. The audiences captured him in the camera. The flash popped constantly. "Cannons, all over" "My gaze focused on" "Lee Joon only." “I feel shy†He moved on to the next place after GV. The fans rushed to the stage. Lee Joon’s empty hands became full with gifts. Lee Joon wore the color only suits handsome man, pink. He matched black pants with it. A nerd ‘Ki-woong’ has been changed. "Is it nice?" He looked around before meeting the audiences. The place he stopped is gaming arcade. He can’t just go pass it, right? "Oh, this is what I like" "Should I try that one?" "This one?" “I guess it’s broken†Lee Joon is a former idol. Is that so? He couldn’t take his eyes off from the ‘Pump’. And Lee Joon waited for his turn. He says that he never tried‘Pump’ since he graduated the school.He selected the song carefully. Of course, the audiences in the Jamsil poured a lot of questions, too. Lee Joon, answered thoughtfully. Q. Another actor who participated in ‘Seoul Station’ dubbing played a role as cameo in ‘Train To Busan’. I could have been more fun if you appeared together. "I really wanted to appear. However, I was shooting drama at that time. I could not make time for that. I had bad timing. It is really bad thing for me still." Q. Was there any other character that you wanted to play other than ‘Ki-woong’? "I like zombie genre. Such as ‘Dawn of the Dead’, ‘28 Days Later’, ‘The Walking Dead’ and so on... I'm a big fan. I would like to play a role of zombie next time. I’m able to twist as I’m flexible. Director, can you please make another one?" The GV is over. Fans gave flower bouquet again. Lee Joon sent thanks message via ‘STARCAST’. "It was only voice acting, but this movie is very meaningful. Actually, ‘Seoul Station’ is bit different from the movie ‘Train To Busan’. Starring Lee Joon and Yoo Hae Jin, ‘Lucky’ is comedy film in which a no-name actor (played by Lee Joon) decides to commit suicide and visits a sauna one last time to organize his thoughts, only to find a guy lying unconscious inside the sauna after having slipped on a bar of soap (played by Yoo Hae Jin). In a moment’s decision, Lee Joon steals the unconscious man’s keys and belongings from the sauna, and begins living the life of the other man - a perfect, charismatic killer - while Yoo Hae Jin is stuck living the life of a sad, no-name actor.
