random as hell and i thought they already cleared it up. I patiently await the day that an agency saying "personal matters" will be enough for fans(especially korean fans) because the idol-fan transparency that idols and agencies try to promote gets them in more useless trouble than necessary.  These things could be avoided if everyone would just acknowledge that idols are people too who have their own lives and maybe they can't make it to every silly event that agencies spoil fans with. kpop fans are the most spoiled fans in the world and they've been conditioned to be this way so it definitely needs to change.
