What usually makes you want to down vote a post?

Obviously besides from posts that are bluntly rude, bashing, trolls, ect.

I mean, I see post where people are stating a simple opinion get down voted for no apparent reasons.

Also I've seen several posts that ask a question get down voted, and it's not even like they where being disrespectful about it.

So what makes you want to down vote a post?

Usually I'll up vote a post I felt people people down voted for no logical reasons, because it's so petty, like what is this? Elementary school?

Umm when it's in an article, like in NB or AKP it's usually because I disagree with their opinion. Here I try not to doit much because it affects the reputation of forum members, but I would down vote a moment that was extremely sexist, racist or if it bashed others in a personal way.

People who post their pics on the show us your cute face thread since they are not so pretty like people make them out to be

Some also annoy with comments like ,,I'm so ugly" to get some little praise

Generally just for pretty obvious reasons that you mentioned.

Rudeness and bashing and stuff like that.

I usually don't really mind of someone states his/her opinion, but some people state their opinions in unnecessary rude/bashful ways.

So sometimes I do downvote opinion-post. But more so for to the rudeness and the like, rather than the actual opinion-part.

But eh. I don't think I really downvote often in general.

It doesn't really seem to change anything anyway.
