Article: [Exclusive] MBLAQ's leader Seungho physically assaulted by company director

Source: YTN via Naver

Seungho originally called 112 saying he was hit on the head with a glass cup by his director while out at a company dinner but then changed his words at the investigation claiming he was slapped once on the cheek.

1. [+1,367, -11] How did MBLAQ end up like this... how upsetting

2. [+1,046, -17] Now they even resort to hitting their own artists. They're worse than greedy Soo Man.

3. [+817, -11] Ugh... what's wrong with them?

4. [+608, -15] Hul.. ã… ã… ã…  Seungho ã… ã… ã…

5. [+510, -10] Such trash.........

6. [+171, -2] Hul... Lee Joon and Thunder made the best decision

7. [+168, -2] I think he really was hit with a glass cup... probably changed what actually happened because his agency threatened him to

8. [+111, -4] Seungho-ya, you should just leave too.. You're an '86er, you have to enlist soon. Why aren't you leaving? Isn't your contract expiring;;;?

9. [+101, -3] There's your reason Lee Joon and Thunder left

-

1. [+162, -2] Just how dare they think they can hit another family's precious son?

2. [+138, -3] How hard did they hit him for him to injure his ear from a smack?

3. [+23, -1] I really thought MBLAQ would hit it big when they first debuted but now they're not this or that... sad

4. [+19, -1] It's J. Tune Camp's director Jo Dong Won

5. [+13, -1] Such a bad year for him

[update]

Article: Police, "MBLAQ Seungho assaulted by an acquaintance, prosecution unwanted"... Agency, "It was not our staff"

Source: Star News via Naver

1. [+160, -13] I feel like this is a cover up from the agency because another article said it was a director...

2. [+35, -5] Feels like it was the director who hit him but they made a compromise and say it was just someone he knew

3. [+26, -3] So why'd he report it if he doesn't want prosecution?? Sounds like he's being threatened

4. [+25, -3] Feels like he was threatened to change his story... you never know in this industry

Exactly, they deserve better than this. They can take their marvelous talents elsewhere. A company that will truly appreciate them.

According to the latest news the person who hit Seungho isn't a director but a former employee. Seungho will not press charges.

:wut:

this is a little strange.

Your title makes no sense. Seungho isn't the one being investigated, the director is. Also, there's like three other threads already about this.

is this true? Can you put the link please? I really hope he's all right

*Edit: never mind found it! Thanks

Article: The scene of the assault of Yang Seungho... the attacker was CEO of agency A

Source: Dispatch via Nate

1. [+807, -13] He looks like a gang member, just look at him... usually company CEOs are associated with gangs

2. [+678, -11] Why is the guy who attacked him making the fuss ã…¡.ã…¡

3. [+659, -9] Even if there was a misunderstanding, how do you hit someone on the head with a glass cup? ã…¡.ã…¡

4. [+47, -0] Poor Seungho ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ obviously acted up to him only to get hit and now has to keep his mouth shut in case his celebrity career gets harder

5. [+47, -1] If even a well known idol gets treated like this, I wonder how they treat rookies or unpopular idols

6. [+45, -1] It's not that Seungho doesn't want him prosecuted, he's just afraid of what'll happen to him so he's afraid to

7. [+43, -1] If he's someone strong enough that 10 policemen could barely hold him down, then he should quit the industry and go look into UFC... ã…‹

8. [+43, -0] I thought it was weird how they were trying to brush this under the rug as a simple slap to the cheek. I hope his career isn't affected by this... ugh, that gangster doesn't know how to act his age.

9. [+39, -0] Reflects the reality of the entertainment industry. Everything scandalous is buried, from Jang Ja Yeon's death to probably this. The industry's a trash pit.

10. [+34, -0] I hope they reveal what agency he is the CEO of... it horrifies me to think how much harder his actual young idols and trainees have it.

ArticleMBLAQ Seungho opens up about the assault, "Everything was my decision"

Source: Sports Chosun via Nate

1. [+390, -9] Sucks for him, he gets beat that hard and has to stay quiet

2. [+335, -5] The things he must suffer for joining the wrong agency...

3. [+324, -5] The industry is full of things beyond our comprehension

4. [+29, -3] Heard he was bleeding from the head ã…

5. [+26, -0] Sad that he couldn't fight back just because he's a public figure... just had to take it. Unfortunate reality.

6. [+17, -0] I bet the agency's threatening him: "You want to pay all of the penalty fees and terminate your contract??? If not, shut your mouth and listen to what we tell you to do."

7. [+15, -0] It's not fair to ever use violence in a situation regardless of who's at fault

8. [+10, -0] Find strength... but I can't help but wonder if his clarification is actually just whatever his agency told him to write

9. [+10, -0] Sigh, his parents must be so upset

10. [+7, -0] Be honest, you were threatened to say this, right?

Ugh I've been waiting and waiting for any news from MBLAQ and this is what I get. Apparently this was a former employee that hit him. They were drinking so things probably quickly got out of hand. I can't believe Seungho is just dropping this. He got hit with a glass and was bleeding and they later changed it to him getting slapped. What shit.
