For those who know how to type in Chinese, which Chinese IME do you prefer to use?

I'm currently trying to familiarize myself with the Pinyin system so that I can type in Chinese.  I've used the pre-installed IMEs found in Windows before, but after I tried using Sogou's Chinese Pinyin IME, I never looked back.  I personally found Sogou's Chinese Pinyin IME (otherwise known as Sogou Pinyin) much more accessible and easier to use than the other Chinese IMEs.

I would also like to mention how it has custom skins.  For example:

There are also custom skins of popular K-pop groups.

And for those who have computers that can't read East Asian characters, then try installing Sogou Pinyin and it should fix that problem for you.  Well, it did for me

You're using sogou right? I just use the standard one, because if you customize it, sometimes it freezes. Maybe it is just my crap computer tho.

Well, I have heard about the occasional freezes from Sogou Pinyin users, but it has been a while since I started using it, and I still haven't experienced any sudden freezes.

I started using Baidu Pinyin, and it freezes like hell and also uses a lot your computer's memory.

I was recommended to use Sogou and it works so much better, though it still over occasionally freezes for me.

Have you tried using Google Pinyin?  It's pretty good.
