And we're allowed to brag about their success because it's real. If the SNSD hate stopped, so would SONE sensitiveness. Don't complain if you're a contributor. Full text: I will say, my fellow sowons get on my nerves often occasionally but in reality, we're no different from any other fandom The big difference is, our girls haven't been on top of their game for a long time. Jessica's exit hurt our hearts and divided the fandom. Some of the members seem checked out and it seems their time as a group may be ending soon. On top of that, everyone who isn't a fan takes delight in making sure we're constantly reminded of ALL of these things. Even within our own fandom there's tons of hate and negativity. It's really hard to try to interact with the fandom online and keep a positive mindset about everything. Add all this up, and you get very sensitive, and yes, insecure (for good reason!) SONE. But people like to make up things like "SONE are stuck up, SONE brag so much, SONE think SNSD is better than everyone else" BUT HAVE YOU NOTICED.... Most of the time they act that way, it's in a thread where SNSD is already being downplayed or attacked. Number of threads shitting on SNSD/SONE >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Number of threads from actual SONE attacking other groups 80% of the time these batshit SONE are trolls. The rest are harmless, sensitive golgi bodies. Also, SONE brag because the success is real. If SNSD weren't shamed so much on the forum no one would feel the need to rub the success in people's face at every opportunity. It's a cycle and anyone involved contributes to the cycle. What I think is the saddest is that as you said, some people feel delighted because of a group's hardships. Being SNSD or any other group/fandom, this kind of behaviour is disgusting. Being happy because some are suffering/not doing as well as during their peak is aweful. I don't like some groups, actually there are some I truly dislike.
