Why make illegal contracts in the first place?

The thing is, the law with contract lengths passed AFTER Kris signed it.

So at the time, it wasn't 'illegal' just frowned upon.

I don't see how this principle should be used to make a point because going by this logic, the law with contract lengths became illegal after the whole JYJ lawsuit too. Do you mean to say that JYJ's contracts weren't illegal and were ''just frowned upon'', too? /not.

lol, because all $M wants and cares about is money and they give 0 damns about the idols' health and feelings.

hmm ..

I got your point

Then why there's still idol who willingly stay in SM ?

ps.

I made this post because I'm really curious .

not for bashing anyone

Honestly I don't know why there are still people defending SME not the idols themselves.

IMO contracts should be for five years max and then prolonged for two or three years every time. If they treat you well, you will resign. If you feel like you can't do this anymore, you can leave. Seriously, being an idol isn't easy. It must be tiring both physically and psychically. It's something you won't learn from TV and you see the mystifications about it clearly on some opinions from K-Netz.

So I perfectly understand that all those teenagers sign for that long with vision they will do what they love, they will be stars and all (but can't imagine what is behind the scenes).

PLUS

Mostly its signed when the members are underage / really young. So there are two possibilities, they are too young to understand it correctly, or it is signed by their parents and they have nothing to say to it.
