He didn't do active service, he was in that special "entertainment" unit before it got shut down. And got caught partying and spending too much time with KTH while he was serving. His recent drama in China was a hit apparently + he got paid big bucks to do it so any agency would want him tbh. Did Rain do something that made a lot of netizens upset? Besides dating KTH. I can't remember what is was tho... Army controversy; something about using his celeb status to abuse the system and get more holidays/time off or something. But yes Jet Li>>>>Rain is more well known in the world anyday. Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan are the only ones that consider as legends as a marital art artists for forever~ Jet Li has his moment but he never on same level as the other 2, but big enough to be call as world star compare to Korean mediaplay of their so called "world stars" aka Rain/Leebyunghyun, who else??
