The Next Generation of Korean Hip Hop Evolution isn't even taking place in SK

All these american based emcees have been popping out onto the scene out of nowhere the past 2 years and with their arrival comes the rebirth of korean hip hop to bring it back to it's zenith. I mean i'm not saying that the stuff coming out of Korea isn't good, but the song they've been releasing in the past few years have been so stagnant. There have however been a few handful of emcess that have showed glimmers of hope for the evolution of the industry, most notably Kid Ash, Okasian, Wutan, Demento and a few more. Does this mean that the korean scene is in fact stuck in the past while their Gyopo counterparts come up shaping the whole game for the west. How does an industry survive when their most proficient assets are all the way on the other side of the world.

I really like these OP, esp pH-1! I'm a fan of hip hop coming out of Korea, but agree that it has become a little similar sounding (its almost always dependable when you want chill hip hop for that very reason though).

May I ask how you found these? I find underground khiphop hard to find.
