Edit: damn... rather than snsd, I find more amazing that babymetal album is still on top five for more than 2 months. I swear that I read 4262748 thread in OH about how their bias artis topping billboard world album, yet u see babymetal album is still there. They've been staying in the top 20, only dropping out a few times in the dead of night in Korea. Which sounds mediocre, but when you actually LOOK at the receipts it's quite good. Infinity Challenge and Show Me The Money are dominating the majority of the top 20 spots, which happens every year and is absolutely expected. When I checked the charts yesterday in the afternoon KST, they were at #14 with 10/13 songs in front of them being IC or SMTM. They are one of the three maybe four idols groups in the top 20. They are doing fine digitally. Their physicals are also stable with bigger purchases being spaced out between the first and second week. They are meeting or surpassing previous album sales, but we will be able to make more conclusions about that in a few weeks. #FlopLikeSNSD For people who want receipts to what I said above Here's a cap I took from yesterday afternoon KST Here's a cap of Melon now just to show the complete domination of IC and SMTM (keep in mind it's 5am in Korea as well, but this is how it's been for the past few days. The #1 IC song has 14 roof hits in the past 24 hours alone o.o!)
