i thought so too, but apparently no, it's still windows 8.1 and i deactivated the GWX thing from task manager long ago

maybe it's because of my updates, the ones not related to that, seeing this issue appeared right after i updated the computer

any other thoughts on this?

windows 8.1 sucks
