hello everyone, so i'm having a dilemma. A few days ago i had my mid term exam and the setting was quite informal to be honest. we were placed in a regular lecture theater and the seating was really close together. that meant the students were sat very closely to each other. I'm not a fan of that to be honest.

I am very very anti-cheating, anti plagiarism, and during exams  i always make sure that i keep my eyes to myself. Unfortunately, during this test, I swear this was unintentional, but i glanced at the answers the other students were writing. there were two students in front of me, and we were seated really closely, every time i looked in front to try to see the clock or the time written on the board i saw it...

I don't think my answers were influenced by them to be honest..but i don't know..i'm worried...it's making me feel guilty...what if the answers i saw subconsciously influenced my own answers..should i report myself to my lecturers?

Alright if it was unintentional then it's fine, you're taking exam way too much seriously

btw: are you trolling?

hi, no.. my friend told me i might have anxiety, because once every semester i have one or two incidents where i email my lecturers or faculty because im worried i might have committed academic misconduct or something..basically i'm just really terrified of being involved in any form of cheating or plagiarism that i get anxious once in a while from overthinking

Ho yeah I see now. I mean yeah you're probably overthinking it a bit too much. You need to understand that plagiarism is mostly a way to make sure that you're the original author and to make sure that you actually acquired the skills and knowledge required by the course. Obviously you'll probably use some similar words, even sentence and concept, but as long as you're reformuling by yourself or quotes the sources than you should be fine. Just for every work that you're doing, just make sure that you understand the concepts or the citations or the sources in your own words before writing something and you should be fine. Try to get some confidence with your works too, like if you haven't been sentenced for plagiarism from now, then you're actually doing the right things. If you're not sure of something ask your professor so he explain it to you. And for exam, I mean it's pretty easy, just look at your paper, stay in your bubble and even if you looked at someone paper for 1 sec, there's nothing there. Actually I need to know how strict are supervisors in your school, but I think in general people are pretty understandable, they're not dumb. I mean, yeah just make sure you're 100% honest in what you're doing and try to get some little confidence in what you're doing. Also make sure to check your team mates works, that actually could cost you something.

hi, can someone help me on differentiating long bones (humerus, radius, femur, fibula, tibula, tibia, ulna)? thank you, i can't tell them apart

Not really going in depth but:

Humerus = the bone going from the elbow to the shoulder

Radius = one of the two bone along the forearm, located at its outer side

Ulna = the other bone along the forearm, located at its inner side

Illu_upper_extremity.jpg

Femur = the longest and most resistant bone of the human body, the femur is in the thigh. The femur thus ensures the junction between the bones of the pelvis and the knee joint

Tibia = one of the two bones of the leg, located between the knee and the foot. Supports the weight of the body and is essential for walking. This is the second largest bone

Fibula = the other bone of the leg, ensure the stability of the ankle.

(picture in french but I think you kind of get it)

Tibula = doesn't exist

Hello everyone! Can someone please help me :( Sorry, my English is not that good. I apologize.

This is for my Literature subject. My group assigned me to make a narration for "Breakfast at Tiffany's". Other members will do the plot, author background, and character info. We will be compiling this in a folder and submit it for our midterm output. Please help me:

• What is the difference between story, plot, and narration? In a simpler explanation please :(

• Is it possible to make the narration in just 1 page of bond paper?

• Can someone please give me a sample of a narration of a novel, novelette, online so that I can check it?

I'm really confused right now and I don't know how to start. I'm afraid I'll submit/make a wrong one.

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE :(

Can someone who's fluent in English check out my essay? It contains approximately 600 words. I'm afraid it's not formal enough and idk if I've included any grammatical errors. I'll pay won for the trouble if you want ohbi.png It's about production processes and efficiency.

Very late for you, but if anyone else needs to know:

Story, Plot & Narration

These terms are used interchangeably a lot of times. Simply put though, a story is about the events that are described, think similar to  Wikipedia entries. Plots are about how the events link to each other, it includes the cause and effect. If you can draw a flowchart of it, that's a plot. The narrative is about how the story is told, that's where styles and such come into play.

Your other questions:

I have no idea what your assignment is about, so I have no clue what you can fit in, but if it's the limitations set by your examiner, then you have to anyway.

Because a narrative is about how the story is told, I'm afraid you'll have to be more specific because every novel and novelette serves as an example for you right now.

Hello. I have a summary assignment in English. It is for MARGINALIZATION by Neil Bissoondath. I can barely understand the text even though I have read many times already. Is there someone who have read this article who could tell me what it is about?

Thank You
