I'm not exactly sure how to use the intervals here, since in b), the probability and the interval would be P(x>1000)

The region x < 0 simply doesn't contribute to the integral, since f(x) is zero everywhere there (which makes sense, the DVD player can't fail after negative time)

So you're trying to calculate P(x > 1000) and P(x < 2000), where:

This would be considered the English subject I guess. I need to do a research paper on the Winter's Tale by William Shakespeare. I need help getting started.

The Assignment: For this paper, you have a choice between a number of approaches. You can attend a performance of a Shakespeare play and make an argument about what that performance reveals (or conceals) about the play as a text; or you can research a specific aspect of early modern culture that appears in HamletKing Lear or The Winter's Tale and make an argument about its deeper significance in the play. We’ll discuss options for performances and for research in class. The paper has to be 6-8 pages long.

Weakest intermolecular force is dispersion forces as they only have temporary dipole forces. Give me 10 mins to find my chem notes to give you a proper explanation tho :)
