Why can't some fans let go?

Many kpop groups have lost 1, 2 or(in Exo's spacial case) 3 members. However while some groups fans let it go pretty quickly some other groups fans find it hard to let go of their lost members and continue to latch unto them especially through insults and insecurity from their faves flopping.

 

Which group fandom do you think has taken or will take the longest to let go of people who have already left the group?

wonderfuls always seemed unbothered imo. i mean ofc they were affected at first during each member change, but they were just been there done that and they were pretty cool about it. nameless fans seem to be moving on quite quickly as well.

 

exo and snsd have the most batshit crazies so i chose them.

People were literally waiting for years for Kibum to come back when it was obvious the moment he left the group that he didn't care.

 

Sones seem like they're split between OT8 and OT9

 

EXO fans are between OT12 nostalgia, current state OT9, and willing to kick out other members as long as their fave stays so they were screwed the moment Kris left

Uji, Hyeyeon and Haeryeong were members of EXID with Hani, Junghwa and LE before the three of them left because of contract reasons (it's the same situation Hello Venus were in, with members being from two different companies). EXID came back with Solji and Hyerin and BESTie with Dahye.

Two of them are pretty useless and contributed nothing to the group yet making tons of money, which is just plain unfair.
