I tend to find certain moves more interesting or impactful when their hair compliments the dance For example, Yuri's hair here, the way it lands over her face just makes this shot much more interesting and cool to look at But in the Japanese version, it doesn't land quite the same and it isn't as slick to me 2:00 I noticed certain SNSD members (HyoSoo) usually move their heads in a more powerful way so that their hair flips, while others don't Another example is this video, this is the video that actually made me want to make this thread The first half of the video, notice the guy on the right (Hansol), how his hair "jumps" every time he pops, it makes it more impactful imo I know hair is not a limb so it's hard to manipulate in that way. But I think if people practiced "hair-ography" along with their routines, it could take them to the next level. What do you think? Do you care about the hair?
