depends on your program and your school and your school system and your country~

for me senior year (gr12) was the hardest. but then again i was the president of a council and on student government and also trying to pull off a 90+ average for uni so i guess that's why i found it the hardest LOL but gr11 can be okay. i dont know ur curriculum, but i think u start to learn more advanced functions in math, right? just be more prepared for math i guess, everything else should be fine!

keep your head up~ and have a good year~

gl, junior year was a shaft for me lmao
midterm, finals, and AP week killed me. physics and neuro killed me too
the difficulty honestly depends on your school though. ik for reg. high schools in my area, it wasn't that hard

Just study hard and do your best I guess  :imstupid:

I cried for the first time about grades, I'm a senior now, Jr. Year. It's only hard if you procrastinate like I did. However, just do your best. It's not that bad, some courses are more challenging so make sure to get that extra help if you need it. Good luck!

Honestly it's not that different from any other year (besides freshman year since teachers give you a lot of slack).

Just keep up with studies and seriously just keep in my mind that you should just get your shit done and you'll be soooo much better off not worrying about the homework you didn't do the night before.. I had to learn the hard way and my grades showed it as well.

But yea, just get ya shit done.

Any tips? What's it like? Also, I have heard it's the hardest year in high school. Is that true?

I'm starting junior year too! I heard it was the hardest also

Meh. That's myth. Just try and you'll do fine. It was a fun year tho. ( I didn't know you two were a year younger than me.) Study for that SAT tho. Not sure cuz it will be different.

Senior year in like 2 weeks. BOO YEA! SENIORITY!!!

lol i remember my sophomore year was the hardest (for me) bc i had to take up the subject i hated the most. but i guess all years are hard. just focus on your lessons and you'll be fine. its like preparing yourself for uni, which is a pain in the ass btw

Junior year was a pain in the ass but you'll manage as long as you don't slack off like I did

It's not like the material is super hard but there's a lot of work involved, esp if you're taking AP classes and studying for the SATs

I managed to get pretty awesome test scores but my GPA fell from sophomore year, so definitely do not procrastinate

It was pretty difficult because of all the test-taking and all that other bullshit. As long as you keep doing your work and don't slack off you should be fine. I think senior year was probably the most stressful because the first half of the year you're literally writing mountains of essays and applying for colleges and taking AP exams, but then after they're all done you can just relax and have fun.

Start studying for the SAT/ACT now, and plan to start taking them around Jan-May. If your taking APs start studying for the may tests during winter break.

Junior year isn't that hard, you just have to take the SAT. It's hard if you're taking AP classes because 99% of the APs begin that year. If you're not taking APs I guess it's just the same.

Also that's when people start looking at colleges.

Senior year is much harder. Good luck and don't forget to join clubs and honor societies.
