[tvN The Genius] Favorite Players in All Seasons

i think this has been discussed over and over in the genius 4 thread, but i'd like to know the real number esp with all the dynamics in season 4.

 

rule is simple, vote for your all time favorite player(s) from the genius in all seasons. i know you can vote as many as you wish technically, but please limit yourself only up to 5 people (and since it's max 25 choices per question, there're two questions but it's basically the same, pick 5 people out of all contestants aka out of two questions).

 

remember, this is not the best, not the smartest, not the one with best personality or face (lol), but purely whom you're cheered for hehe.

 

(again, since i divided it into two questions, the precentage won't show you the real popularity, just look at the number of votes only).

 

write your review if you think it's necessary, but the vote is all that counts. this is purely for fun research (?), so please don't think it overly serious.

Hong Jinho and Sunggyu were the only ones that mattered in season 1 tbh and I didn't fully watch any of the other season so... Jang Dongmin is pretty cool too though.

since i had to vote for both questions.. 1 for kang yong suk because he was also an interesting player.. unfortunately was too intimidating & made other players actively push him to the DM

jinho, sangmin, sunggyu, dongmin and hyunmin for me. There is just something about them that make you enjoy the way they play the game. Sunggyu was pretending to be clueless most of the time but he's just ace it on betrayals lmao

I think my ranking is still quite unstable and switchable but my TOP 4 are still the same people

1. Kim Kyung Ran - Being only female that has a game, social, characteristic all in one player

2. Jang Dong Min - God, good in game and social, leader-type personality, minus point in latest episode for taking out my other favorite

3. Hong Jin Ho - Good individual play but bad social play, he seems to lay back in first half of season but when individual game comes, he shines

4. Lee Sang Min - King of sense and risk-taker, he makes the game more exciting but season 2 loses him many points

5. Park Eun Ji/Oh Hyun Min - I don't know who to choose

Ahyoung because she and her laugh made season 3 very fun.

1. Hyunmin - I prefer brain players over social players, soft approach to domineering approach, and someone with potential rather than someone who is seasoned. Simple choice.

2. Kong - I was a fan of his gaming and it leaks over haha

3. Sunggyu - same reason as Kong kkkkkk, like his voice and it leaks over.

4. Eunji - I think she was one of the more brainy female players, but playing in the same season as Kyungran and having Sunggyu not on her side reduced her chance of playing to her full ability.

5. Yooyoung - best female players imo, shame she was in season 2 and participated in that incident

i'm sorry that some of you probably only have top 5 in question 1 or question 2, but you can choose more than 5 if that's the case.

 

anyway, mine is baby hyunmin, sunggyu, kong, dongmin, andd kyunghoon (this guy throw sangmin from my top 5 list lol). i'm glad to see various pick and yay, someone pick yooyoung too! i think she's a really good player and i like her and yohwan too... just that, my top five are freakin adorable and i can't resist their charms lol.

The 5th player has to be Eunji. I was supersad when she got eliminated. THE best female player ever in the Genius. She was outcast (they hide it but she was an outcast pretty much all the time) but she survived a long time. I like how she was active and wasnt just a sheep. She did her thing and was also very agressive in some plays. She was never a simple "alliance sheep" like almost all other female players. Very good. The Best female player so far.

Jang Dong Min easily is the most well rounded player to grace that stage. Impeccable in almost every way.

I like alot of the players in The Genius, but my favorite female player has to be Jo Yooyoung. I still keep waiting for her to rejoin the cast but doesn't look like she is interested in this show anymore.

 

As for males it used to be Noh Hongchul but since Dongmin came into play I can't help but feeling he's the most well rounded player on the show yet. After two seasons he can still impress me alot, like in the recent episode for instance. I used to think he was just a goofy comedian and host but The Genius has completely changed his image in my eyes.
