Seriously, OP, I hope this is a joke thread. Do you really think Atlantic Records would've let this out the door without clearing it with Britney? It's the title track on his album! After the Robin Thicke drama, artists are taking extra steps to protect themselves. Sample, it's basically the same beat, hell it's beyond a sample. But trust me -- he cleared it. The video was also released 3 months after it's initial release, but it only managed to gain about 500K-750K views. Then Jay Park's cover was released. Koreans were curious about the original, and ended up contributing to over 5M views that week. That's one of the main reasons, they allowed Jay & B.o.B to collaborate.
