nadiaj0y 261
Honestly, I'm not a big fan of K-Dramas because I always felt like the acting is terrible and plot is always the same and cheesy. Recommend me a good K-drama if you can convince me that there are some good k-dramas!
stab 4,072
chances are if you ask "am i the only one" you probably aren't. and in this case, it is an overwhelming "no" because either you aren't haven't asked before or you just don't look around a lot edit: the only kdrama i've loved to the bottom of my heart is Big, but a lot of people didn't like it so I guess I wouldn't recommend it. AlwaysDreaming 1,954
I find them annoying somewhat. After sitting through heirs, which had a pretty good cast , but horrid plot, I have become more picky with the dramas I watch. King 2 heart, scent of a woman, I can hear your voice, that winter the wind blows, and queen inyun's man are really great dramas that come to mind. nancy mcflurry 2,385
No, I hate most Kdramas. Almost all of them have the same cliche plot and most of the time the actors can't act for shit. The only dramas I liked were the Reply dramas.
INFINITE SHOWTIME 1,792
i don't remember the last time i watched a k-drama until the end
Kpop-Inspector 66
I´m currently watching scholar who walks the night. It´s pretty good.
STORM 7,555
It depends on what you watch really. I have watched a few really good ones and a few bad ones. It's best to research or ask people what they think of a drama before watching it.
yooras 1,102
Some of them actually have some really interesting storylines, it's just that must of them tend to follow the overly cliche plot. But some dramas (eg. I can hear your voice) are actually quite intense and well-written
coconut water 2,135
I'm the same way. I start them but never finish them. They don't hold my interest.
Kashi 785
99% of dramas are dumb yeah. But i really liked some, iike Time Between Dog and Wolf or Painter of the Wind
jooheon 2,799
Liar Game (not a typical k-drama/no love story plot, one of my favorites) Angry Mom Birth of a beauty (lmao, idk I don't think much people liked this one, I loved it though) Healer

Jimin's GF 1,621
I tried quite a few dramas but the only I liked was The Lover, which is apparently not really a drama. It is 19+ rated, and it doesn't follow the cliche of overly romantic couples at all. It still is very good. Here is the trailer, if you're interested. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RCKtwuaTvcA
♡SEOLO♡ 2,773
tbh i only watch kdramas when i feel like watching cheesy, annoying and cringe-worthy stuff queen in-hyun's man is good, the lead isn't stupid and there isn't a love triangle (kinda but not really) and there are many kdramas that have none or little romance, u can try Cruel city, i loved it, it's about mafia
hiraishrimp 5,413
I usually avoid them because of the over-acting and bad kiss scenes, but there have been a few series that are interesting enough to hold my attention.

The one thing I don't like about it is Kim So Eun being in it. After WGM, I'm a bit sketchy about her..I don't know why. Same, it's always the same story, i especially hate the romantic ones, ugh the girls are way too shy and the dramas are way too conservative lol I must agree lol. If they're going to use the same plot..at least get some good actors.
sakurahanabira 6,633
There are some good Kdramas, though, like You're All Surrounded, Angry Mom, The King2Hearts, It's Okay That's Love...actually, any drama that isn't a melodrama.

Great plot, so many twists, so much drama, very little romance (!!!) and a lot of comedy too actually.
DICTAETOR 1,364
That's why I'm extremely picky about the kdramas I've watched. Reply 1997, Misaeng, Liar Game, White Christmas, Seonam Girls High and thinking about watching Angry Mom soon.
Hqnnik 1,528
Yeah I agree. I can never get past 5 episodes for each. Not even Angry Mom which I was expecting to like...
