Do you think subunits like Orange Caramel and TTS should have separate fandoms?

if its something completely different I dont see the problem.... Like Orange Caramel, you would never guess they are a After School subunit.

But TTS is promoted as "Girls Generation-TTS" so is entirely conected to the main group

I know I'll get hate for this but -- fandom names are kinda dumb. My favorite band is The Killers, and their fans are called "Victims". It's so silly, been a fan for 10 years and I refuse to call myself that.

So no, IMHO, they don't need them.

No. A sub unit would only need a separate fandom if the original group disbanded and the sub unit continued promoting. The only current group that might have an argument for creating a separate fandom is orange caramel because they have a completely different concept / sound to their original group (after school) and are arguably more popular.
