Hey guys I need help...

 

I need to fill in a form for OneHallyu and I was wondering if you could give input on what you perceive to be the largest international fansite...? We have so many individual and regional sites so its hard to pinpoint one exactly... I narrowed it down to sites that isn't area specific:

I use 1 and 2 most often but blackroses is more popular on social media such as fb and twitter... Let me know if you guys use any other sites.

Kim Hyun Joong gives a love call to Lee Juk for a collaboration

 

Kim Hyun Joong probably receives many love calls, but this time, he was the one to send out a love call to none other than veteran artist Lee Juk!

 

On the August 9th broadcast of 'Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook', when asked, "As a singer, is there someone you want to collaborate with?", Kim Hyun Joong shared, "Lee Juk sunbaenim. I just like him. His music is easy to listen to and refreshing." MC Yoo Hee Yeol complimented the singer, adding, "It seems like your voice color will match well with Lee Juk's songs like 'It's Fortunate'." 

 

Kim Hyun Joong asked, "Then can you receive a song from him [on my behalf]?", bringing Yoo Hee Yeol to laughter.

Kim Hyun Joong looks back on his school days and part-time jobs on 'Happy Together'

 

 

On the latest episode of KBS' 'Happy Together', artist Kim Hyun Joong recalled his school days and the different part-time jobs he worked to save up money.

 

Fans probably already know this story, but Kim Hyun Joong revealed his knack for saving money, impressing the MCs with his pre-debut achievements.

 

Well-known for his '4D' way of thinking, Kim Hyun Joong shared, "During elementary school, I was smart enough to wake up at 6 in the morning to solve math problems. But later in my school days, I let go of studying without a second thought and started working part-time jobs."

 

He revealed, "The money I saved from when I was younger plus the money I earned from my part-time jobs accumulated to about 100 million won ($89,400)."

 

Kim Hyun Joong also revealed that female customers used to leave their phone numbers on the receipts for him.

Kim Hyun Joong revealed that he'd been dumped by a lot of women over the years. 

 

On the August 15 episode of KBS 2TV's 'Happy Together 3', he revealed, "I've been dumped by a lot of women. Once, I even got dumped from a text message. She told me, 'Have a good life', so I replied, 'Okay'."

 

He added, "But if I date, I put my everything into the relationship. If we go out, I take care of everything. I can't stand seeing a girl flustered and not knowing what to do".

 

But apparently, even the mighty Kim Hyun Joong makes mistakes. He confessed, "Once, I called my girlfriend by my ex's name. I made the mistake and it really surprised the both of us."

[important] While I tweeted to JN that "this week denotes Aug 18 2359", it occurs to me late last night that JN could potentially do these to buy themselves time, so I urge all fans to take note. Here are some of the things I suspect they could do:

 

- ignore my tweet and delay;

 

- reply within my given timeline and say things like "hi, we are doing up the forms, pls be patient and forms will be share next week";

 

- please email us your details and we will get back to you;

 

So on. 

 

My take is: 

1) do not cut them any slacks, pls continue to pressure them over the weekends,

 

2) details, details, and more details. Press them to be AS SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE. If JN were to get us to email our info to them, press them for things like "then what are you going to do? When are you going to get back to us?" Force them for a timeline.

 

3) In arguments like this, details, date and time plays a very important part - if we decide to bring it to public's awareness. It can help determine how long JN has taken to do the next step and for people to assess if they are truly apologetic or deliberately fooling and delaying us.

Well we all know, the statement was released by ParkJungMinOfficial facebook earlier on 16 Aug. Around noon time.

So, here's my conclusion. JM and Jnation had decided to call off the event weeks back. Explained why JM deleted his Sg fanmeet tweets n info from Facebook. I speculated Jnation kept it from the public until the very last minute, so they can encourage more tix purchase. At such, they are able to use money pooled from TripleS' end, and refund the previous fans which experienced the same issue. Now, they are gg to use the money they get from any upcoming events, to refund us. My 2-cents worth. So, bottom line is, don't support Jnation amymore.

TripleS whom paid for the tickets, we may or may not get our due compensation. Or, it might be delayed for god knows when. Other fandoms are experiencing it, as you can see from the above screenshots. We might be next. Please be mentally prepared.

 

I also heard that many of them are too young and helpless to take any action. They have my utmost empathy but sadly, it really is beyond my meager strength to take this so far.

 

But for our own fandom, I'm prepared to take our own case further. Media have been alarmed, One contacted me. And should we be yet the next victim of JNation, I have plans in mind. Not sure if it will even work but I'm not going to give up without trying. 

 

Meanwhile, I need your help. Really. I'm tired from all these but I'm still gonna put a fight. Let's all unify and pull this through together.

Kim Hyun Joong collabs with jewelry designer Justin Davis 

 

Kim Hyun Joong showed off his modeling skills as he is set to release his own sunglasses line with world renowned jewelry designer, Justin Davis. 

 

Justin Davis has worked with celebrities like Paris Hilton, Eminem, Ayumi Hamasaki, and more. Kim Hyun Joong collaborated with the designer not just as a model, but he also contributed to the aesthetics of design planning.

 

The duo also worked together on a jewelry collaboration back in 2011.

 

A representative for Justin Davis commented, "For this collaboration, Kim Hyun Joong expressed his creative and modern style to show off his design skills. Even while working on the previous jewelry line he had great sense and ideas that he received praise for. During this sunglass collaboration I could easily feel that he showed off the same passion."

 

The sunglasses will be available for purchase at multiple locations. They will start selling at the end of August in Japan. Fans in Korea can also purchase them between September 6-12 at the Myungdong Lotte Mall in the Justin Davis Pop-Up Store. His collection will also be available at the Justin Davis Flagship store which is scheduled to open on September 14.

Kim Hyun Joong's third mini-album 'Round 3' topped Oricon's imported album chart!

 

According to Key East Entertainment, 'Round 3' rose to #1 on Oricon's imported album chart for the 3rd week of August, beating out EXO, SHINee, and f(x). There seems to be no stopping Kim Hyun Joong as this is his third win on the chart following his previous mini-albums 'Break Down' and 'Lucky'.

 

In just a month since the release of his album, Kim Hyun Joong ranked #1 on the iTunes chart across 8 countries and topped the Billboard World Albums Chart.

SS501's Heo Young Saeng and Park Jung Min reunited for a fan meeting tour in Peru and Mexico!

 

Park Jung Min tweeted, "My tweet wasn't sending, but once I arrived~ It sends~!!^^ I guided the ahjusshi (Heo Young Saeng) and came back well~!!^^ Ahjusshi was handsome, and I was shining as well!♥ Thank you so much, South American fans~! We will come back soon~~♥." He assured fans that they arrived back to Korea safe and sound with selca of him and Heo Young Saeng giving fans their thumbs up.

Kim Hyung Jun gives hope to fans by sharing that SS501 plan to reunite one day

 

 

Kim Hyung Jun gave hope to patient fans by sharing plans for a potential SS501 reunion.

 

Kim Hyung Jun opened up about the special bond he has with his fellow members of SS501 and chances for a reunion in an interview. He shared, "We talk to each other. We are open about it during interviews as well. It's not difficult. But as men, time is of the essence so there are overlaps here and there. We tell each other that once we all return, we will do it all together. I meet with my members often. We meet each other more than enough and talk on the phone frequently."

 

"We're on a tentative hiatus but we never said that we disbanded. Whether people believe it or not, we can show them later. We want to perform on stage and hold a concert. Since our role models are Shinhwa, our goal is to last forever like them. We will reunite without any member missing. When I watch variety shows, I think to myself that we can be funny together like them."

 

Let's hope this reunion happens soon!

Kim Hyung Jun to join SISTAR's Dasom as male lead in new KBS drama 'Love Through Song'

 

 

Kim Hyung Jun has been cast in the upcoming KBS 1TV drama 'Love Through Song'!

 

His agency confirmed the casting on the 25th, revealing that the signer-turned-actor will play the role of musical producer Tae Kyung who is a perfectionist when it comes to work but when it comes to everything else, he is a gentle and supportive guy. He will cross paths with SISTAR's Dasom who will play the role of Song Deul Im who is an aspiring musical actress.

'Love Through Song', directed by PD Lee Duk Gun and written by Hong Young Hee, will center around three families who grow as people as they reflect on the pain they've caused others and come to the realization about how lucky they are to have one another.

Heo Young Saeng has released a teaser for "Weak Child"!

 

The song is the title song of his upcoming special album 'She', and the MV features Fujii Mina. 'She' is his last present to fans before he enlists into the military, and he sounds amazing and soulful in the teaser.

 

'She' will be released on the 16th before he enters military service on the 31st, and check out the teaser above!
