Nah it was pretty accurate all things considering. DSP downfall was more of shit timing and unlucky circumstances than anything else. The year Kara debuted, BB released Lies. A year later when Kara was gaining traction with Pretty Girl, BB had already released Haru Haru which cemented their spot. At that point DSP is where Cube was when everyone thought Cube could take out JYP, a strong 2nd tier company. Then CEO's health turned for the worse leaving his wife to run the company in 2010 and that's when everything went to shit.

 

 

 

 

 

Now to keep this post from being off topic. I've been wondering. Is this comeback under CI completely? I know one of them is/was under a different company from the two and I was wondering if he left his former company and signed with CI or is he still in a different company?

The comeback is fully under CI ent but Kyu Jong is still signed under B2M as a soloist as far as I know.

Not that I have beef with Kyu Jong's company, but I hope that the three will stay in one company permanently instead of divided... I feel like it's cleaner and attracts less issues

Funny fact : Young Saeng was in B2M with Kyu Jong and after his military, he went to CI with Hyung Jun.

I couldn't believe that DSP had let SS501 go; they were their piggy bank and they stopped their contract :shock: I was really shocked. Hopefully, the boys will re-unite once more under one company. That's what I really want for them. And I don't want to seem to be blaming the leader, but it felt like he abandoned the rest of the members in pursue of his dreams... in a way, I hold slight grudge with him. Nevertheless, I still want the five boys together.

You know, I first saw them with Love Like this in 2009 and I didn't get into Kpop at that time, but I remember I really liked that song.

And then in 2014 I remembered them and looked out for them again. And that's how I became a Kpop fan, but I was really surprised to see they weren't together anymore (well, you know what I mean).

So I don't have an opinion on KHJ's going to Key East and all because I arrived after everything....

 

But when I see how DSP struggles now, I can't help but wonder why they let SS501 go.... they obviously needed them and then Kara were alone to be the cash maker...

 

I want this reunion as five so bad.... Seeing them as three is already great and makes me really happy, and as they called the EP Eternal 5, I hope it means after Jung Min and Hyun Joong return from the army, they might have a grand comeback.

Your number 1 !! I approve completely, it's my favorite out the EP.

 

And the songs are by the sub-unit. So only 3 out of the 5, since KHJ and Jung Min are in the army.

Seriously, it was like it would never stop. From day 1, until months after there were new articles everyday... I just... couldn't. I couldn't listen to his music anymore even if I wanted to.

Tbh its actually this comeback that made me check them out again.... Before today, i didnt post anything in this thread after the scandal happend :._.: The scandal actually made me kind of drift away from kpop for some time(but no matter how many times i take a break from kpop i always end up coming back >>)

 

But i guess it taught me to give less of a fck about petty kpop things, so even though everyones favorite iljin(you know who im talking about lol) gets dragged all the time for some shit he has done eailier in life, it doesnt even come close to what the KHJ mess was like so i can take it :ohpressor:

Now I don't care that much anymore about the scandals and negative things (I can still comment on them tho), it's music/visual/cute on TV. Basically.

So will it be KHJ or Taeyong, I appreciate their music and visuals.

Honeslty i dont stan khj anymore but my love for Taeyong is still going strong :la: But you can continue to appreciate both of their music and their flawless visuals, i wont judge :chu:
