I wouldn't advise telling your guardians ... assess the situation first (lol) I mean if it seems like a bad relationship in anyway, give advice. If she doesn't listen then find a way to deal with it. Although it's probably some teen sappy love or something. Then I don't see the harm and just in case update her on some sex ed. All in all, keep telling your parents as the last resort. And a hug + kiss on the cheek is really no big deal. If you're really worried about it, talk to your sister about it and just remind her to stay safe. I wouldn't advise you to tell your mum without talking to your sister first. I think you could talk to her about it first and if it was just a silly picture don't worry about it, if it's someone she is in a relationship with then I think your mom needs to know but your sister should tell her.
