Of course not every person behaves and thinks a certain way but you can always point out the general norm. You can see all those racist remarks in the coments about SEA people in thousands of articles. And not to talk about when they say a foreing from outside SK can't marry a korean woman/man because they are foreigns and apparently they aren't as pure as them. The only thing there is to understand it's that they still continue to make racial remarks in a continuous way from what can see in the comments, which it isn't the best representation of the general population but there's the only thing you got to form an opinion but that's life.
