SM or YG, which one do you prefer their way of choosing leader?

SM - leaders being the oldest

SM wasn't always like that tho, when TVXQ were still 5 Jaejoong was the oldest yet Yunho was/is the leader.

Same for EXO-M, Xiumin is the oldest yet Kris was the leader.

Anyway i prefer SM, because unlike many people think, SM don't choose base on age, Yunho is like the best leader Kpop had ever had.

SM

cause their leaders manage their groups really well...

wait....

nvm

YG

but Onew's still the best leader out there ya'll  :chu: being in SM and having the same members for 7 years  :chu:

Just because a group never changed members doesn't mean the leader is the best.

Look at TVXQ, Yunho is an amazing leader but just because JYJ decided to left it doesn't mean he failed his job as a leader, surely he couldn't force them to stay.

While look at GDragon, with all his scandals, you call that an example to follow?

that's my personal opinion and you don't have to lecture me on who's amazing or not...

imo, GD is still a better leader than Yunho...

actually JYJ, leaving just says it all.

and as you've mentioned GD and a lot of other BigBang members have had their scandals in the past but still managed to WORK as a team, 10 years and running (not sure)

but whatever...

Eric of Shinwa >>> that all of our faves so  :hoplz:

This definitely goes to YG, obviously. They picked the most deserving leaders that even non fans could guess it right away, whoever it is.

I was stating my opinion as well. I'm sick tired of Kboos like you who think that just because a group never lost/changed a member is automatically better than the others.

I will instead lecture you this.

Indeed Yunho fault   :hoplz:

SM.

At least some members will have a role in the group.

While in YG, yes they pick the most talented or those who have the personality but because of that, others are overshadowed alot.

YG, because SM's criteria to choose leaders (choosing the older member and assuming s/he's the most mature just because of that) sucks (Mostly because in SM groups, the 2nd oldest member is , if anything, 2-3 years away from the oldest member).

It's like choosing a member as the leader based on how seriously s/he plays The Sims and how they take care of his/her sims.
