If it's my friends/family, I have no problem telling them. I even poke fun at them~ But if it's a stranger, I hesitate. I let that person know, but it's usually a bit awkward 'cause they tend to feel embarrassed xD

Usually I just point it out politely, because I'd also like someone to tell me if that happened to me. Once I was talking to someone after eating a croissant and I realised later I had chocolate around my mouth, it was so embarrassing. I wish someone had told me.
