Tbh I didn't expect them to go back but obviously something worked out (i.e. TS missed their fangirl checks and negotiated better terms for them). And giving an honest and clear contract to B.A.P would benefit them more than actually losing the lawsuit and getting into more shit. Those articles should have mentioned how annoying TS was and they were postponing the court hearing for like forever.
