(t/n - Dumbass = shaomao = sm.) (this is how Chinese netizens refer to the company)

Chen Lizhi [+3469] This statement may not be that exciting, but it is honest, Yifan’s family and he himself are very kind people, when expressing, they use the truth and not ambiguous empty words to string people along. I admire this statement that does not play towards excitement and grandeur.

1. [+2501] Turns out the temporary leave from the company in 2013 was forced by them [tear tear tear] Why are there rumours on the outside that my Fanfan walked out to find a new company [tear tear tear] Gossip is a fearful thing [tear tear tear]

2. [+2362] I’ve held some things in for quite a while, but the previous company really bullied to the extreme. This is the first time I’m seeing Wu Yifan state the causes and consequences so clearly, back then the previous company kept him hidden and slandered him for a period of 2 years [bye] In the end he’s still grateful for everything, thankful for the previous company’s nurturing. All I want to say now is, I hope that the previous company will abide by the laws ruling and stop taking petty action :)

3. [+1922] In the beginning of 2012, he disappeared for such a long while with no news, turns out SM forced him out of the group for a few months, later on he flew back to Korea to meet up with he manager T_T [bye] Before the forced withdrawal, the last public activity he had was CCTV’s Network Spring Gala, at that time he was ill when he performed and there were no news of him after that, thank goodness, you’re back T_T

4. [+1718] According to my knowledge, Wu Yifan did not sign the contract for mainlaind activities, so sm entertainment has no authority to hinder his activities in the country. SM’s big words are just them trying to make an empty show out of nothing, Fanfan is probably going to win, dumbass is just struggling on its deathbed. Support Wu Yifan, jiayou! After coming back, his development is getting better and better, after terminating his contract he didn’t try to gain sympathy or say bitter words, admirable!

5. [+1555] Turns out what happened in 2013 was this, my heart hurts, Fanfan withstood so many things himself, the manager did something like that, no there’s a reason for how Fanfan had nothing when every other member had an assistant to give them water and wipe their sweat and fan them… my heart hurts, how much did they wrong Fanfan, in this period of time, how much sorrow did he hide in his heart when he shot us smiles. My heart hurts.

6. [+1471] With a statement from the Studio, our hearts are much more at ease. Support Fanfan unconditionally, with reasoning there will not be loss!

7. [+1199] Wu Yifan jiayou, it’s time that dumbass let’s go, coming once every month, even more on time than my period [bye]

8. [+1123] I will never forget the nightmarish days of 2013 my whole entire life, I can’t even begin to imagine how Wu Yifan got through in that condition. I envy those who are asking for details so much, because you people didn’t have to go through such heart-wrenching pain. I’ve look at him since 2012, that hot-blooded youth being bullied by sm step by step into a dispirited person, sm is a bunch of animals who are attacking a person who gave the most beautiful five years of his life to you people, there will be retribution [vomit]

9. [+1031] Wherever Wu Yifan is is where we are.

10. [+1068] So, the members should all know that Wu Yifan was under such unfair treatment, yet they stuck a blade in him when he was terminating his contract?

11. [+958] Support Wu Yifan, limitation: Forever.

1. [+3772] Wu Yifan forced by SM Ent out from EXO for numerous months! Many things do not have smoke without fire, a brave decision isn’t made on a whim, outsiders do not know many details, Wu Yifan doesn’t know how to sell how miserable he is so it must be his fault, if he wasn’t forced to take this step, he wouldn’t have said it!

2. [+3652] SM really has no face, as an onlooker, I support Wu Yifan.

3. [+3164] The entire time, the company could have solved this using rightful law procedures, yet sm keeps taking petty and despicable action. He is a person who will swallow the blood even if his teeth are punched off, unless it’s a last resort, why would the hardship behind all these be revealed? It is true that SM gave him the chance to debut, he’s thankful, and hence he’s willing to “break up†peacefully, yet the despicable actions of SM only increased instead of decreasing, so why should he still exercise forbearance?

4. [+2865] You are originally a dragon, you need not fear being kept in a cage

5. [+2323] Wu Yifan said that there will not be the him today without everyone along the way, thankful to all the voices.

6. [+2229] Turns out he was forced out of a group once……it doesn’t matter who it is, who will bear that? Practiced so many years, debuting only to be asked to leave [slap] It’s good to be home, jiayou…

7. [+2058] Supporting you until the end, Wu Yifan

8. [+2013] I have always been perfectly open in my actions, why should I fear the twisting and monstrous words you’re using to confuse everyone! I’ve always been thankful, but your actions are despicable and low, forget it forget it, we’ll see the results at court!!

9. [+2000] Really, this man I’ve liked for the past three years has always been slandered and smeared, but he’s always taken it silently, this is the first time I’m hearing him say this, it’s even more heartbreaking than I thought, only now do I know how much he had to shoulder, really, even if he signed a contract to enter this company as a kid chasing his dreams, but why should he sell his life for a company who does not respect his personal health, character and development? Signing a contract isn’t selling himself as a slave!

10. [+1983] This is really the first time I’m knowing that he was forced out of the group in 2013. Why didn’t SM talk about this. Everyone knows the reason. Wu Yifan has always thanked all the voices. As long as his actions are upright, there is nothing to fear. Let everything follow the rules and procedure of the law. See you in court.

11. [+1868] Wu Yifan is too kind, how much unfairness did he have to go through, support Wu Yifan, heart hurts for Wu Yifan!

I'm still siding with the K-netz , he broke contract. It seems fair to hinder his activities in China while he is still under SM.

EDIT: Neg me if you want, I'm still waiting for more evidence to prove that he was really abused by SM.

I like c-netizens more for some reason..maybe its the fact that they don't lack common sense and give off a sincere amount of intelligence

I'm really not going to choose sides on the SM vs. chinese exo members anymore. It's really confusing, and no one can tell 100% what happened. Both sides have conflicting stories, each easy to believe. I feel like we should just let the court take care of it, because we have no right to slander the innocent, nor praise the guilty.

you guys don't even know what happened.

Even though he didn't break contract, and you can google all the facts you need to realize he didn't, and its been stated numerously that he didn't and you've really got to be kidding me. Is it fair to prohibit someone from working? Is it fair to prohibit someone from doing what they love?

You don't even like him first of all so its hilarious to me because when the evidence does come to light you'll probably even deny that too so I don't see the point in arguing with someone that'll believe in anything opposing WYF.

How would you know that I will deny evidence if it does get revealed? Can you tell the future?

Also, If Kris wanted to be an actor, why sign up to become a K-pop in the first place instead of going straight to China?

Did Kris use SM for his own selfish reasons? and then act like a victim to ruin SM?

Again, I won't believe all of this until the real truth is unveiled.

It's a simple internet mechanic.

Enough fans --> Understanding/shielding comments prevail.

Not enough fans --> Haters/trolls overwhelm comments.

Wu Yifan has enough fans in China while Tao doesn't.

Doesn't matter what you think. And tbh, doesn't matter what Knetz thing. What matters is what THEY think: the people who comprise the market SM is desperately trying to break into.

SM really fucking stepped in shit this time. That Kris article NB translated - how many comments did it gain, do you think? While this one has tens of thousands. Ut oh.

No wonder SM is suddenly switching gears into Japan. But they'r really not making things easy on themselves here.

Funny how no one was saying that when SM was releasing multiple statements slandering him all over the place. But now when he's the one speaking up for the first time since filing the lawsuit more than over a year ago, it's suddenly "we don't know what happened!" "we can't just accuse sm of these things!" "i want to be neutral and not pick sides!"  :imstupid:

The fuck is your logic? You're being called out because even if you don't like the guy, it doesn't make any sense to actively side with a multi-million dollar company that has been proven MANY TIMES to be shady but hey, congrats on having a shitty opinion?

I doubt you saw the probably

This is actually quite hilarious that you say anything involving acting because from what I know he's been modeling singing and acting. And if I do recall in regards to acting

  • Suho is the next member that will be making his movie debut through the independent film titled “Glory Day"
  • At the end of April it was announced that Baekhyun will be making his big screen debut through the action film “Dokgoâ€
  • Chanyeol attended Hyundai Chungun High School in Dong-gu, Ulsan and was admitted to a private acting institution when he was sixteen
  • In May 2015, SM confirmed that D.O. would take on his first lead role in a big screen piece, Pure Love

I value facts over opinions, and you clearly have a biased opinion from the getco

Thanks for insulting me and my opinion instead of having a normal civilized discussion? You Kris fans are quick to judge...

They're not better people for that, but at least they're not siding with an exploitative and abusive company.  :derp:

people could also have negative things to say about Kris and judge those who support him.

i'm just saying. this things has sides, and I get it, people have chosen---but don't get a holier than thou attitude because people are on the other side in the argument.

Hmmm maybe, I don't know, the fact that he's not breaking contract? Do you even know the details of the situation? Or do you just base off everything from SM's statements?

SM doesn't have the license to manage people in China, hence, SM doesn't have the right to claim they have authority to manage him in the mainland. Kris was well out of SM when SM partnered with Media Asia and had all their artists sign under Media Asia for management in China.

Not to mention that the Seoul court judge sided with Kris in the decision he suggested and said that SM should let Kris choose his own management outside of Korea.

But hey, none of that matters because SM said he was doing illegal activities and breaking contract and SM is widely known to tell the truth......... lol

Edit:

Also, little known fact, but Chinese courts have relaxed their requirements on accepting cases in court. Before May this year, the requirements were more strict and cases without merit were usually rejected but now the courts are encouraged to accept all lawsuits on the spot.
