Salieri 4,473 Posted July 31, 2015 Share Posted July 31, 2015 So I have recently checked my update for the windows and it doesn't seem to allow me to do so. I have downloaded and installed it twice in the past 12 hours and still I keep getting error (even from my reserve) it has stated my computer is compatible already (I read somewhere you need more than 8gb of ram) but mine is a 16gb. I'm thinking of just reinstalling the whole operating system from scratch (since my Windows 8 key is enbedd within the motherboard) If anyone got any advice on it please do so. My computer said windows 8.1 needed to be updated but a couple of files keep failing and I have no idea why. If it works, i'll get back to you.
