A 20-year-old man caused quite a commotion on the streets of Jeonju city when he was chased down by the police, nude. The chase went on for 20 minutes until the man was finally caught 800 meters (~2625 feet) away from the initial place where he was spotted. As soon as the policemen caught up to the runner, the man did not comply with the police and he was screaming and struggling to be freed. It was reported that the 20-year-old was staying with a friend before the event's happening. As soon as his friend left the house, the man grabbed a suitcase and ran out of the house to the streets naked. After the police calmed down the man, they contacted his family members to notify them about his situation, finding out that he suffers from a mental illness.
