If Kim Jong-un decides to free North Korea..What would happen to him?

I always wonder about this question. What if one day..Kim Jong-un suddenly becomes frustrated with what his fathers wanted him to do- and become really nice and free North Korea..? What would happen to him? I mean, it's not his completely fault to be raised to control North Korea.

I think that your question is veiled with the reason as to why Kim Jong Un would never dismantle his inherited regime.
