They're harassing her and her family, spreading false rumors and trying to cast an aspersion against her. They can be sued, there is no arguments about that... Hell people got sued for taking those obscene photos with the Suzy cardboard cut-out. What makes this any different (this case is much worse though). Whether Taeyeon will go through with the lawsuit though is entirely up to her... however I just don't see her actually going through with it. She was merely playing at the idea, kind of getting the word out there that it's a possibility and something that can actually be done, kind of a way to lessen the amount of hate, threats and harassment that she and her family / loved ones are currently receiving. She's had many many opportunities before, if she wanted to do so, she would've done it long ago. But whatever, I'll support whatever decision she makes. evil4life 3,270 Posted July 22, 2015 Share Posted July 22, 2015 if you live in Korea you can legally be sued for posting malicious comments online, and they can easily identify you because your social security number is linked to your account however its usually crude lies like "oh i heard she slept her way to get famous" that will get people in trouble because before you know it, Dispatch or something will report it as a FACT. The definition of these apply to things you say over the internet in korea. This is what she's doing.
