it doesn't work for me on laptop or phone, i'm using google chrome!

Hi! Can you tell me what the exact message is? 

A few things to check before we dig deeper:

• Check if Chrome is up-to-date, if not, please update and try again.
• Try a hard refresh on the Random section page. Ctrl+F5 on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac.
• Try loading the Random section page in an Incognito window.
• Try an alternate browser.

It gives me html error 500 message saying onehallyu.com couldn't handle the request. there's also an issue with opening the ''groups'' subsection in music, it happened yesterday but worked prior to that. i tried all of those steps and nothing seems to work on chrome, it works on safari though...

Hi. I am having the same issue as the other user. I get a 500 error on the random and some other sections when I try to open them. I am on mobile and use the Samsung browser. I cleared caches but nothing happened.

Hi, I made a signature request in the official resizing thread, but I keep getting a message on the signature gif that says "imgbb.com bandwidth limit exceeded". I asked the person in the thread (Flower) and they said they can view the gifs normally, so I don't know what the issue is.

Hello, everything looks normal on my end too. Is it possible for you to save the gifs and try copying them from another platform like Discord?

I think it must be some issue with my own internet provider then... because this morning I could view all the gifs and I pasted the link into my signature but then suddenly it turned into an error message. Are you able to see the gif in my signature?

I was able to save all the gifs to my computer but I'm struggling to upload them to another platform.

i can't see your sig, no.  i'm wondering if this is an issue with imgbb.com?  i think i saw another user with a similar sig error message....

perhaps try imgur or, like zack mentioned, upload them on discord and then copy/paste

Yes I've seen that error message too! I tried using postimages.org but for some reason it shrunk the image?? I don't know how to get the link from Imgur and the files are too big for Discord....

if it helps, i can see your sig now lol

with imgur there should always be a copy link button when you hover over the image itself.  if it's a gif you may have to manually change the .mp3 or whatever to .gif (i do so in the search bar and then copy).  then paste the address in your sig box and it'll auto-embed ^
