why does my notifications don't show up when i load them, i need to go to my setting to see the notifs

it happened when there's some special characters in your notification, so maybe it happens when you follow a thread with a lot of special characters in the title.

We are looking for a fix right now, but for now I can only suggest to visit it through the settings, clear the notifications, and maybe unfollow some threads for the moment :(

that custom award form cannot be used! If you want the usable one you need to get the 'Custom Award form entry' instead.

Hello mods 

I have a question about Custom Award Form. When I switched to other account I temporarily donated my CAF to another user, but he forgot to return it back and banned himself    Is there any ways I can return it back? I can ask this user for confirmation if you need it.

What time/timezone does  "Custom Award Request Form Entry" get restocked? I have been trying to get it for bazillion times now and it always get OOS before I can even see them? I thought the server time was EDT and it gets restocked exactly at 00:00 EDT but it went OOS before it hit 00:00 EDT.

Can you please tell me what time and timezone does it get restocked?

the time showing on the marketplace is localized, so it follows YOUR timezone

 

anyway I have explained a couple of times but many may have missed it. Put it simply, the items get restock WITHIN 1 HOUR after the stated restock time.

Another question then. Since it follows my timezone, then suppose I change my timezone to KST which comes earlier than my timezone so does it get restock at 1:00 am KST or would it follow what my IP address indicates? 

Also since restocking time is indicated in date with no time given, can I assume that it gets restocked at within 1:00 am?

 

The time is the same everywhere, but the stated time is given in your timezone, which you can set it in your setting

For example the restock time is 10AM KST, it would be 1AM GMT, or 8AM SGT, and it will show according to your setting.

 

If you check the section, it normally shows as the date if it's sometimes away, and on the exact day itself it will show as "today X:XX"

and if there's a time of restock, in which timezone do you announce it?

If you check the item in the marketplace, you will see that there is a 'Next Restock Time' right below the item. The item should be restocked within 1 hour of the stated restock time

 

And there's no timezone to it, the time follows your timezone setting automatically

Mods I've had this problem with the forums for quite a while now (it randomly started way before I made an account and I just lurked in some artists threads ;;): youtube videos doesn't show up anymore anywhere in the forums!  I usually use Safari because of having synchronized everything but I had to download Chrome just for OH ;___;

 

Oh, and also the reply editor box thing doesn't work on Safari 

Is there a way to fix this?

Oh nonono. Sorry for bothering you, it's fine now. I've been using IP Board theme and usually when you click image button, image properties window will pop up but it's not. I tried changing theme to dark royal and the problem solved. I changed back to IP board and it's working fine now.

 

Just... ever since the long shutdown last week, every time I go to new post or thread I often gets unfinished page contained of broken code so I have to refresh the page. Idk is it probably only happen on IP Board or only me?

 

Can you try hard-refreshing the page a couple of times with CTRL+F5? It's some problem with the browser cache most likely, and hard-refreshing would probably help!

I think we all know doing this is wrong. Some may not get caught but that doesn't mean it doesn't give way for people to do the same.

i still don't receive some of the notifications now too.. i  found  out accidentally that a few people quoted me but there were no notifications about it

We added some security measures to the site a couple of days ago. It seemed to have wrongly detected your posting as a malicious action and prevented it, and in your case it was a false positive.

 

I think you have been able to post so far, so it's only once in a while? Were you able to make that post in the end, after trying again? Or do you remember what did you try to post? It may help me to tweak things around it.

It was specifically this post. I was only able to get it through by turning off that... thing... the little light switch thing above the boldface option. Is that Javascript. I don't really see what could have set it off.

I tried copy-and-pasting the post you made but it didn't give me any trouble hmm..

It depends on what adblcoker you used. normally on safari (idk but i assume you are using mac), on the top bar Safari->Preferences,go to the Extensions tab, there's a box for you to 'Click to see the preferences'

Also you can right click on the icon of the adblocker (should be somewhere near the address bar, there should be a button for settings in the menu as well)
