Probably because the site is in a state of partial safe mode. Many things are disabled right now to help with server load.

 

 

this is the first time OH in safe mode does this, it usually just diabled the search thingie

try to clear your browser cache. close browser and then re-open again. after that try to do some hard refresh ( ctrl + f5)

recently i was checking my friend list, and on my profile it says i have 24 friends added

but when i got to manage friends i can only see a few.

why is it? are those people banned or theyhave on the customizations something special?

Hello ^^ usually banned people doesn't shows up, doesn't matter if the ban was self requested...so I think this is it, but if you know someone that is still in OH as a normal user and yet you are not able to see them in your friend list let us know and we will check

Hi there - there was an issue with the marketplace in 2017 (the early part) and a lot of items were lost or placed back into the marketplace as part of a glitch. If you contact the awards team they should be able to assist - the co ordi is xchocolatepandax
