on my screen it doesn't look like the op of the topic is banned :o so not sure where you get that idea from

if you want to become the op of a topic, please contact the person first and ask for permission more info about this on the rules page

 

 

Banned or not, that person hasn't been online since August 13, which is more than 2 months from now
