So I have no idea how IP Addresses work, but my niece maybe wants to make an OH account, we do share the same Wifi but not the same pc most of the time, do I still need to PM a mod for this?

Yes you do. All computers/devices using the same WIFI will show as having the same IP address, so we just take not of shared IP addresses.

I read through every comment in this thread, and surprisingly it hasn't turned into a bashing thread. The comments are tame and I see actual discussion so far. It's not against the rules to have discussions like this. I will keep an eye on it though.

You can only make the votes public during the initial creation of a poll. If you have already created a poll and not marked for the votes to be public, then you cannot go back and change it. 

 

When you create a new poll there will be a box that says "make votes public" Be sure to mark that with the new poll.
