why is it locked btw??????????????????is it illegal to have an argument here?im new to this

It's totally fine having a argument but from what I can see it, it just got out of hand with users calling out each others.

calling out each others?who?

Some of the users there and the one you're having an argument with. Sometimes, a thread with a topic like yours tend to get out of hand defending on how the conversations were carried out since it's a sensitive issue.

why dont you give them warning points for antagonizing?why you locked my thread instead? people can use non-offensive language but they chose to use offensive one so the one who should be warned is them not my thread/?

Yep, users have the option to use non-offensive language. But like I said, given how the thread was carried out, we can't stop users from saying things like that since it's a sensitive issue and people tend to get personal with things especially when it's not handled well. As a result, more things will come out from that and later on, it'll be more messy. And as for warnings and such, we are giving them when the situation calls for it, something we do not discuss about other users except the ones involved.

Not exactly. In fact, we allow discussions involving sensitive issues and users are free to voice out their opinions provided their responses are still in the perimeter or the forum rules. Arguments are also fine but there's also a line that shouldn't be crossed such as calling out users, bashing them for their opinions, and comments that are breaking a rule. We only lock threads if it's starting to get out of hand.

And no worries.

I feel dumb but how do I add the "Show who voted" feature to an already made poll? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, if the poll is initially put on private at first and there were already users who voted, then it cannot be reversed anymore. The only solution for that is to delete the poll and make a new one. In the poll manager, you'll see the checkbox at the upper right corner that says "Make votes public?".

Please tell them to make a random post in that thread~

you get warning points for creating a lot of threads in a short amount of time right? if yes, define "short amount of time"

It's verbal warning at first offense, then there will be warning points for the next same offense.

And it should be not less than 15 minutes in between as the rulebook says:

Topic Spams - 1 point

1st offense: 0 Point Verbal Warning (Warning Log)

2nd offense: 1 point + Taking Posting Rights Away: (1 hour)

3rd+ offense:  2 points + Taking Posting Rights Away: (1 day)

Note: The limit of threads per hour is 4 with at least 15 minutes between them.
