You can make the thread, however it wont be pinned, and I definitely can't guarantee that users with less than 1 mill wont write in there.

It's basically a way for users to record an answer to a question they ask. Kind of like a survey

If you want to post music asian music that isn't, kpop, j-pop or cpop, you can post it in the Other Asian Ent section in the Other Forum.

For most mainstream English songs it would go in the Hollywood section. 

 

Songs in any other language would go in The Lobby section.

You'd have to win an unique badge and then request for it to be a Jack Sparrow one.
