Do you guys remember Polar Coordinate systems and how to convert from polar to rectangular and vice versa?

Polar coordinate (r, a) -> rectangular (x,y)

X = r cos a, Y = r sin a

Vice versa r = sqrt(x^2 +y^2). Angle a, you have tan a = y/x, check for the sign of x and y to see which quadrant it belongs to

how about converting an imaginary polar to rectangular?

 

like for example 8cis180?

 

 

the idea is the same!

8cis180 is just a polar coordinate with angle = 180 and length = 8, 

x = 8 cos 180 and y = 8 sin 180 if we write it as (X + iY)

so anything written as A = RcisA can be rewritten as (RcosA + iRsinA) in normal form

 

draw a line segment from the point to the origin,

basically the polar coordinates has two components: the length of that line segment, and the angle the segment makes with the positive x-axis

Yes they will be able to see your posts as per normal

You will see where do they post, but not the content of the post itself.

They can. But you wont see their posts.

Their posts will appear as 'hidden' and you can choose to toggle the post to view the content or not.

 

 

 

I may sound as an irresponsible mod, but if you dont get it, you can just try to ignore somebody to see the effect. You can always un-ignore afterwards. i ignored people once just to see how things would change lol

I don't know actually. My guess would be either only polls in one thread will be kept, or the Earth would stop rotating and dinosaurs will be revived. Maybe the latter is more like it

will we see any actor/actress awards any time in the future? or would those have to be custom/unique ones or whatever? just curious cuz i know a number of actresses like Moon Chae Won who i'd totally want in my awards section    but it doesn't seem there's anything on actors/actresses awards on the rules though 

The actor actress awards will make their comeback in the near future, and they will be normal badges that you can request just like idol badges

I can't be exact about the time though, but I really hope we can bring it back soon :3 and Moon Chae Won

there is only one way to do it, which is to sell back the items and purchase them again in a specific order. it will cost you a bit due to the tax, though. the items are arranged by the order of purchase, the recent ones first

I know we get a certain amount of won per post (like...100?)

But do we get won for creating threads? Do we get won per + rep point as well?

IDK I'm just kind of wondering at this point because I see my won shoot up at various points and I'm kind of just doing the same old thing. (Don't remember entering/winning any lottos either so)

How many +1 can a user give out a day? Sometimes it doesn't work for me in some thread but works later in other or same thread? Does it limit to how many you give in a thread? Most of the time it really varies for me as to when I can and cannot.

there is a limit, but it's counted all over the forum..

I can't recall if it's 15 or 20 though ;A; but it's not limited to a thread.

it's not the sellback fee. It's the number of items you wanna sell back.  For example, if you have 2 BB light sticks, you can type in 1 or 2 for number you wanna sell
