Sexist . Women breast are no different than a mans penis. It's all on how it's display not what is shown.

 

Breasts and penises are things, broadly speaking; to them we refer as "what". So no, that's not sexist, sexist would be if penises were banned but vaginas were not. Both penises and vaginas are "private parts". Actually, it's as unsexist as you can get, since both male and female chests seem to be okay.

He asked you; that already tells you he knows basic decency. He could have done it just like that and there's almost nothing you'd be able to do about it. Ask for clear and proper credit and linkage, and you should be set -- if you want to do it at all, of course.

I don't think it can be deleted unless the admin does it. The mods can ban you; they can unban you, too.

The rule clearly states private parts and as the picture you posted had a penis on it, your account was banned. Any picture that shows sexual acts like sex, blowjobs, handjobs, etc and shows the vagina, penis, asshole or breasts clearly would result to an immediate ban unless it's a censored image. If you don't think your warning wasn't justified you are more than welcome to appeal it.

 

The question about statues is a good one. Will one get banned for posting Michelangelo? Is Liberty Leading the People pornography now? In France, women have the right to sunbathe topless by default, children present or not. Amazonian women don't cover their breasts. Apparently, posting a photo of one will get you banned. Isn't spoilering it and posting in The Bar enough?
