In the Article 17, it is said that European people can ask for their data to be erased. If I understand properly (and I ofc might be misunderstanding), this means your website doesn't follow the RGPD. i’ll pass this along to the admins; in the meantime you can read our privacy policy here, which mentions the GDPR directly as well as changes we made in 2018 when it was implemented.  if we need to amend anything at all we will do so after discussion amongst administrators.

our policy re: duplicate accounts states that one user can't have two active accounts.  meaning if you lost access to your old account i'll have to permaban it.  otherwise if you regained access to your jano account, this account you're currently using would be permabanned instead.

Can we also expect for the [awards show] tag to return to the "Movies and Television" section? It's not there.

we used to have people trying to do fraudulent things with dupes around awards, so that section has a post restriction.  since awards are only available to members anyway, their visibility for guests isn’t really a big issue.

i’ll ask admins about the awards show tag if it hasn’t already been added back.

again, depends on whether their fans want them to be.  if they're still listed under their former respective groups, it would be expected that they be grouped with those (unless multiple users come forward and request a separate voting thread, like with daniel)

if the OP and posters within these threads haven't requested their move or their groups aren't technically disbanded, we're okay with leaving as is.
