we unfortunately can't provide too much specificity in regards to who carries out reputation activity.  all i can say is that any and all neg stalking will be handled by mods as it's laid out in the rules.   if any suspicious reputation activity continues, please let us know and we will take care of it.  we don't allow targeting/harassment in any form.

we generally try and stay vague just to prevent any sort of attribution to specific users (who may or may not be involved).  i'll say that some negs were done by the same person but it's a relatively small sample size to determine whether or not someone is neg-stalking or just happens to disagree with the content posted. 

i'll keep an eye on it, though.  should any further negging continue regardless of content, the matter will be handled with warning points depending on the situation.

I know bikini photos are allowed but what if it's  not real (its actually photoshopped). Like someone posted a pic of an femald idol with her face photoshopped on a female body that wearing bikini.

i took a look and if we're looking at the same photo, it's watermarked quite heavily as a fake so i don't really think it's a problem.  if it had any nudity or was trying to pass itself off as real that would be grounds for reporting but this particular photo isn't really breaking any rules.  i'll pass this situation along to the mods, though, and get their opinions on it in case it comes up again in the future ^^

with the new IPBoard update that setting is listed as “mentions and my content” in your notification settings.  you can uncheck it but it also means you won’t be notified if people @ you
