you do have enough won since changing your display name is 250,000 won. try again and make sure you are putting in a 1 when you try to buy the item. other than that i would have to direct you to the awards team since they handle the marketplace goods. here is a link to their faq:

hello I was wondering if you guys can delete all my threads beside the south Asian entertainment one (which is an official one and wasn't even mine originally)
