However, I will also blame her parents because they obviously didn't teach her about values, decency and self respect - which explains why she acted like she did on the VMA's. I agree, parents are the most responsible and blaming the society is only the easiest excuse for most. I can and I will, she wanted to grow up, but apparently growing up means acting like an idiot on stage, therefore she will take the blame like an adult as well. I hate it when people blame "society" who do they think makes up "society"? Parents also factor into "society" so if people are acting in vulgar and inappropriate manners, it is definitely the fault of the parents - to a certain extent - because outside environments can also affect a child. However, they are definitely the most to blame for her disgusting behaviour. I didn't see her parents do anything when Miley took provocative photos of herself and they were leaked all over the internet, in fact they encouraged her to pose naked (in a bed sheet) for a magazine shoot.
